Lots of the big fish sold before the holidays pending news of the judicial court proceedings.
We now have most of the clarity presented to us but still a few uncertainties.
1)what type of oral hearing is being conducted on the 29th. BPC would have already been notified of this on the 26th.
2) what influence does the US Congress have. Afterall the drilling is very near the florida seas.

Due to this uncertainty i cant see a severe spike tomorrow morning. High opening late 2s to account for the volume of buys before leveling off to the low 2s. Dont be suprised if you even see sub 2s. Full clarity we can commence drilling undoubtedly and this will get to 4p plus quick.

Glad im not the only one who thinks thw share price isnt going to skyrocket on Tuesday.

No substantial sources apart from one article saying the protest to stop drilling was declined (which also has conflicting dates on it) so lets see. I admit sub 2p is a long shot. 2.75 absolutely realistic.

Has anyone noticed the article on Business Wire is dated 24thDec but the decision is supposed to have been made/notified to all on 26th?

We are at the peak now. 50p-150p was based on the demand for testing when no vaccine was present now we have a vaccine demand has dropped. We would he hard pressed to get to the 150p again. Anythiny approacing £1 and im out.
