PigGlider - I think you may be right here. Glad to see I am not the only one. Too many times ive seen newbies jump on a stock that has just surged and ramp it up to death only for it to drop to its natural share price.

My personal view on EQTEC is positivem I think they have a great product, great CEO and many projects in the pipeline but I can see a price adjustment happening until the next substantial news is brought forward or we get a positive financial statement in 6,12months on operations.

4/1 warrants were issued 12,000,000 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.25 pence per share and warrants over 30,773,543 New Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.33 pence per share have been exercised. The aggregate gross proceeds of these exercises receivable by the Company amount to £131,553.

We have also secured a 1 million loan from our biggest shareholder Altyr to be payable by the end of this year. So that tells me out net balance will be low this year. This year is very much a case of planting the seeds if all goes well we have enormous potential

I love PHE but sceptical as its 3000% higher now then its previous average. EQTEC is jusy 400% up and seems like it has alot on this year.

Yatchmaster - this is a speculative stock and share price does tend to go up and down especially on penny shares. How on earth can you say it wount go down at all? Jeez.

Unless you invest in a bluechip company the risk is always there. Our balance sheets arent great but our outlook is. Who knows what will happen. all......speculative.

Some very good buys today should keep the price stable.

Too many newbies on here going on the defensive if anyone chooses to sell or states an opinion other then this will surge up instantly. Totally forgetting we've not been this high since 2017 followed by 3 year low. Whilst i do believe this has huge potential it makes sense for investors to have their due diligence and invest at the right time/price as shares can easily go down especially after a sudden surge.

Biggest mistake amatures make buying on a hype.
If you're investing large amounts this can make a huge difference. Patience is the key.

I feel like the billingham project is already factored in the recent spike. We saw the first spike to 1p re:deeside then 2.50 on the signing of billingham while the team go through the small prints etc.

We've got ambitious plans but seem to have positioned ourselves well for both big projects and our bread and butter smaller ones.

Half our debt is with a private firm owning 27%of the compamy no intention of selling the remaining we have to pay by July. We may need further capital to fund these projects so we could see dilution

Will deeside get extended in march do we think?
