Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Yes, I am disappointed but having seen ups and downs over the last 7 years, I am not too worried. We have TE5 and Sidi, which will underpin the SP in time to come. We still have TE10 and TE11 which may/may not prove to be successful. Time will tell.
I have met the team on several occasions and yes, I have often wondered why BM is not a share holder....or is he via a third party? Either way, it does not matter. I am sure that if anything dodgy was happening, Companies like Slum. would not be entertaining us.
No, it's the name of the game. We are in exploration and at the end of the day are trying to hit a needle at a depth of 2+ kilometers. I believe COS for TE9 was 30%............but we hit the 70% margin. Perhaps the term is "better luck next time"
Good luck to all LTH. Keep the faith!!!
Jim
I think my knees would also be knocking at 7pm, every morning !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On a different subject and having a.m and p.m sorted, Joe, have you not got an email link with Sound, as I get all my RNS's via email, without having to resort to the LSE notifications.
I just feel that after nearly 8 years with Sound and having seen ups and downs and wished I had sold and re-bought ( especially before Badile), our time to celebrate is not far off now. Lets hope so.
regards to all.
Jim
I agree, the video is exceptionally helpful in providing a better understanding of what we have. Must admit though,I did get a bit of a dizzy feeling watching the world go round...........I wonder if time could also be made to go backwards??. Must be a few red faces today in the PR department.
So glad I topped up yet again whilst in the low 30's.
Now looking forward to hearing back from the likes of Crude, regarding their site visit.

This information maybe available somewhere but I am not aware of it.
What I would like to know is how the pipeline is to be aligned between wells. I know where it connects to but where is the starting point and is it intended to link all producing wells to a single point, similar to how North Sea Oil wells are interconnected via pipelines.
Just curious.
For a LTH, todays RNS is good news.

Patience s a virtue. I have been practicing that for the last 7 years and am now getting pretty good at that.. Just hoping now that LE will happen before I am too old to enjoy the fruits.
kind regards to all you loyal Sounders.
Jim
Shed, totally agree with you. I was just trying to point out to one or two others, who seemed to be question approvals, that no work could possibly start until the green light is given, then there will be a lot of preparatory work to do, including the loo's....completely forgot them !!!!!. That's why it will take several weeks before spudding.
Jim
about approvals makes me smile. As any Civil Engineer will tell you, before any work starts, after approval to commence works, site preparation is necessary and that usually starts with some form of accommodation for site workers, together with site access and other necessary amenities to support the site, such as power and water. In Morocco that will probably be generators and bowsers. Then necessary equipment needs to be brought it, a site compound will need to be established and once everything is established, then work will commence in preparation to receive the rig. This all takes time, so please be patient and wait.
GLA. it's all coming together.
Jim
I have been looking at KOD for some time and the point you make about Directors buying in, is a point I noticed when doing my research. Nothing has been bought since, I think 2015. It did make me wonder why.
However, there is a reported RNS, No. 7004U dated 17/7/18, which on the face of it seems positive.
I would be interested in hearing/reading others comments.
regards,
Jim
As I have been out all day, earning a crust, has anyone got a link to any possible recording made of FSC please?
Certainly things are looking up and with a visit to Morocco planed for October, there will have to be something to see, perhaps nice big flare!!
Jim
Echo, great RNS = SP up
Sound, great RNS = SP down
I'd love to know how that works out but I will not let go those golden tickets but simply add to them as and when whilst the price is low.
Looking forward to next week. Have a good weekend.

Crude for reminding me it was the Shard, where I and my wife had the pleasure of listening to your presentation. Yes, it was a very special experience to visit the Shard and whenever I pass though London Bridge Station and look up, I try to imagine where we stood and looked out over London. My business recently took me to St. Helens Place, which is almost beside the Gherkin and again , I imagined standing just below the pointy bit at the top. Soon, I will be spending the day with my family in London, when we will visit the Tattershall Castle ( boat on the Thames) for a meal and I am sure that will remind me of James and the gangs presentation on the Silver ? boat. I must say, that when the LE takes place, I will look back and say, "my investment in Sound has been rewarding, in more ways than I could have imagined, when I first took a punt in the days of Gerry Orbell" Regards and good luck to all the genuine Sound Investors and my thanks to James and his team. Jim
MK, thanks for your email and JP's reply. Much appreciated. I too will be here to the end. We have some very good posters on this BB and a few that I would have no time for. I have had the pleasure of meeting James several times and find him to be a true Gentleman, so find it extremely distasteful to read some of the utter rubbish, some poster write on this BB. For those who attended the Gherkin, you would have heard from Crude, who represented us P.I's. I believe he is very knowledgeable and his comments relating to SOUND are worth "listening to", so I feel disappointed to read some of the utter trash published today. But then, I suppose, everyone to themselves.
