Nice to hear from you again. This is something that has come out the blue and I am sure that JP and JJ would have known about any Tax implications relating to the permit applications. So, yes, let the BOD challenge this.
Separately, even though the SP has tanked somewhat today, it is still over double our 52 week low point.
Hold tight and keep the faith but I still rue not selling some of my holdings when the SP was in the vicinity of £1

Joe, I'm in much the same position and sometimes wish I had sold some at £1 but like you, didn't. Taken in by JP at the time with our Golden Tickets. My average is a fraction under 9p and I did buy a bunch of shares at 1.6 p and sold just under 4p. Nice little profit with a view to buying back the original value. I set a target of <2p, so I got back in today. Not a huge amount but when it gets back to 4p again ( which it will) I will have doubled my money.
Just hoping that careful trading will re-coup some of my current paper losses.

Don't worry. It will bounce about, trending down until next positive RNS. Then rapid rise for a day or so, then selling will start again, bring the SP down again. This is simply cyclical and if you judge your timing, not a bad way to trade a few profits. Just made over a £1000 on a little top up when SP was sub 1.5p!!

Well, having been around since the dawn of day with Gerry, with a good quantity of shares, with an average of 10.5p when, recently, the price was right down at 1.2 p I decided to take a punt on a few thousand extra shares, with a view to trade them if and when. I planned to sell ONLY these extra shares at 3.2 p , which would make a nice little profit but on checking this morning, found the value at that time to be 3.7p........so I sold. My further plan is to buy back at sub 3p ( I thought 2.2p) which would leave me with a nice few quid to pocket. So I don't mind if the price falls, as I am confident that in a year or so, we are all going to be laughing.
Lets hope so!!! GLA. Jim
So many time in the past, I have seen prices rise, only to fall back after a few days when hype disipates
As a very LTH, since the days of Gerry Orbell, I have seen the SP from .78 to £1. Wish I had sold some at £1 but like many others, I was taken in with all the hype at gerkin, shard, river boat etc.
I can't blame anyone but myself for my decisions....not even JP. So now, with a more sensible head, I am going to hold out until at the very least, the SP ( hopefully) exceeds 13p, which is my average.
I was thinking of topping up at .78 but my head was telling me to hold firm....that was until the Q&A session, which to me was impressive and encouraging.......so what did I do?? Topped up. Let's hope that was one of my better decisions!!

When I read the RNS, I was quietly excited as I read into it the possibility of GAS, then I remember how i used to get excited with some of the SOUND RNS's coupled with JP's enthusiasm ........and look where we are now. Fortunately my SOUND average is circa 17p so keeping everything crossed I just hope the SP does get above this , then I'll sell.
Lesson learnt. Treat this it with caution.
GLA,
Jim
hope this all settles down now. Frankly, whilst I am very disappointed with how JP has conned us, in believing 31TFC and 4 figures SP, I/we can only blame our selves for being taken in. I know there a lot of very astute investors on the BB, who also, from the tone of the messages, have been sucked in. Fortuneatly, my average is low as I was around in the days of Gerry Orbell when the SP was at this level and didn't buy in the 70's + ( I couldn't afford to), so I will just sit tight and hope to see the SP creep back into the high 20's, then I will have to reconsider.
So lets all hope that Marco, who I have met and spoken to, can come up with the goods. I think it is now time to show some support.
