Just a note to say remember how much the SFO wiped off the market cap of PFC. The SFO seem to run around slinging mud before they've got their facts. They should introduce a compensation scheme if they cant prove the case within a certain time frame. They cannot be allowed to open cases just to keep their workload up.

I wonder if PFC might try a snaffle at Wood Group?

One of the things Liberum are questioning is 1% of operating profits ...yeah, they are questioning if it should be 1% or a lower value. They are also unhappy that IMB have included in adjusted profits , the profit from the sale of its Bristol HQ....yes, they sold the building at a profit but now lease it. They've also favourably renegotiated pension payments (as if that was bad for the business)...I think what they are angling at is that Alison and Oliver are using all the financial tools at their disposal to hit their bonuses .

The issue with Alison Cooper is she talks bollo cks and the analysts are left scratching their heads. So, yes, the sooner she is removed the better.
