We have about 11,000 Turbines and at between £1 & £3.5 million per turbine, not counting installation costs we talking tens of billions again not counting Instillation costs and additional costs such as the substations, collector stations and cabling.

Plus the on going costs of renewables, blades motors, lubricants. All the steel sourced from within the EU and fabricated there. And in all the sundries such as the cement we import and rebar for the foundations which in themselves are massive structures and we will be handing £billions to German, Denmark and France every year.

And every 20/25 years they need replacing and the blades sooner, so jobs for life for some in the EU , just keeping our windies revolving.

I have heard nothing from Labour concerning creating jobs here to produce these things, nothing!

But our companies could get the work to cut the grass around the wind farms and Solar farms!
