The ways that misconduct in banking can manifest itself are vast and include mis-selling of products in either wholesale or retail markets. Pushing cross-sales of products, such as packages products or unneeded add on products to customers.

Also raising barriers to switching products or other financial services.

This bank is on record as saying that it wants to sell products to those that buy or rent property through them.

But no need to worry your board members are made up of those with seats on other companies and most of those companies are not exactly blazing a path to heady share price heights .

It comes under the heading "misconduct risk in banking" look it up!

All those risk and financial experts sitting around the board room table and being paid for by share holders, are supposed to foresee the possible down sides, including legal ones. Just happens the same jokers who get well paid by this bank also get well paid for sitting around the tables of other banks.

No doubt the expert who got made redundant from HSBC (guess who)a few years back will pop up defending the board members.

1. you own multiply companies

2. you pay hundreds of thousands in taxes.

3 you are worth millions !

4 you pay some agent 12.5% to manage a buy to let !

5. you pay over the minimum wage, of course.

6. If your party increases employers NI contributions how will you cover the cost ? sack a few of your East European workers or pass the bill on, if possible.

7. If your party raises CGT on dividends your income will be affected, your dividends from that limited company with your buy to let and your payments from those several companies of yours.

But in reality you get your monthly cheques from the DWP

I thought being a big shot wheeler deal meant eyes and concentration being on the screen from early to late.

This board has its share of fantasists and dreamers.

One says he has several companies and employs 100s of people, but bought a buy to let ! and his father will turn the heating down this winter. Ask him how he manages his companies and he get uppity.

One lives in England, Ireland and Spain and says his dividend will help fund his retirement ! so he is going to fund three homes in three countries on his pension and dividends, what a joker . His dividend of 5k tops by the way.

Then a selection of wheeler dealers doing their spread betting , investing in multiple companies and on here all day, amazing, arguing with each other, over what gambling is or is not. Gambling, investing, risk, chancing, all mean the same thing , you can win or frigging lose.

I wonder what amounts you dreamers actually invest or gamble, does it ever go higher than £50 quid?

As I once said you can't move the price, you can't ramp the share.

The directors of Lloyd's could try working a full week at the bank.

Only 2 members Nunn and Chambers do not have a list of other positions, one member is even the chair of Centrica and another is on the board of Centrica!. The list of companies which they are board members of and draw remuneration from is a long one . I wonder if a bank -teller could work for this bank, NatWest, Man Group, British land and half a dozen other companies at the same time.

All these top brains, and all they can do is follow the crowd.

Members of this bank,s board also sit on the boards of other financial institutions !

I no longer have any share holdings in Lloyds, I am just an interested onlooker, i sold out last Monday as I said I would in the past, when the share hit 62p

And if anyone complains, this bank has sacked how many over the years to make the bottom line look good, to feed the profits and Dividends. If you do not agree then go out and spend the cash and create growth for Labour.

She and her party say that real working people(who ever they are) have paid enough.

So we could see an increase in unemployment numbers or less jobs on offer.

And Starmers mate Ali-Baba is connected with several associates with Cash Shell companies in the British virgin Islands .

Cash Shell companies are usually looked on by certain government agencies as being iffy to say the least. money in and money out and money in money and out and around and around it goes.

They could simply reduce the work force to compensate .

But no reduction in board members !

I am sure any further job losses that are incurred will be welcomed by this site's lefties as proof that Labour works.
