There are so many permutations that might affect the growth of GGP and the sp in tandem of course. I'm one to draw right back to the most workable and least 'tension-inducing' to NCM and GGP: In my opinion, the neatness and convenience of NCM owning all of Havieron could prove to be too much to resist. However, the complete acquisition of GGP seems an unnecessary leap and difficult to value.

Once the MRE and feasibility study is completed for Havieron , we have just about the most accurate value for the site we can get at that juncture. A bid for the last 25/30% by NCM would therefore relate to a firmer figure and not just speculative one and that's easier to report to shareholders together with the logic of the proposed final purchase to 100%.

This is also neater and tidier for both parties. NCM get to beaver away with the mine and is not beholding to anyone. GGP gets a payoff and can continue to use that money to explore (because that is what they enjoy doing) and set up future agreements with mining companies operating in the region and Tasmania. With this scenario, I am assuming that the other sites look like they have good potential.

Apart from the really long LTH's who have seen mega returns over a number of years, anyone who invested since this time last year has seen superb returns in a relatively short period of time. I think that is the problem. We've been somewhat spoilt and impatient for similar gains every five minutes. I know I have!

Unlike my previous investment in boring pension and isa shares, I've also become rather hooked on this one, initially to kill time during lockdown but now I'm in the habit of checking out this board several times a day!

zoros, I filter. I have several dozen in room 101. However, if you feel protective of your investment then the subtle de-ramp that appears to be from a well-informed investor, these posts would remain unchallenged and therefore potentially damaging.

So, no wonder people get furious when these types of posts keep re-appearing. It's tantamount to someone trying to steal from you by reducing the value of your investment.

There really are some very strange people about. One of the weirdest things to grow over the last few years , via the advent of social media, is the troll. But can you imagine it? Someone sat in a lonely bedsit, playing the Soft Cell track over and over and with no friends, attracts communication via the'negative attention' that obnoxious posts on facebook, twitter or here can bring to their lives?

It's common amongst 2/3 year olds, who play up and scream in supermarkets so their parents will attend to them ,even if it is simply to scold them. Most people grow out of the phase but clearly its more rife among the 'adult' population than we might have thought.

How many filters does it take before LSE show the red card? It doesn't matter of course. They keep coming back with a new name and an initial post that gets worded a little differently each time but essentially reads 'You lot are all losers'.

Talking of Monty Python, I was a big fan along with many others but found some classics got overlooked, over time, in favour of the more cult 'Parrot', 'Cardboard Box', 'Silly Walks' etc sketches.

For example, the Mr Hilter sketch is hilarious on many levels and the genuflecting staff in the 'Mattress' sketch is wonderful.

Of course , if my father caught either my brother or me watching MP he used to whip us with a carving knife.
