That list is a nice list to be in and will all come good (if they havent already) and will diversify the portfolio a bit more but having a healthy (some say too healthy) amount in PXS and quite willing to hold for a long time i am quite happy to do so as the benefits outweigh the negatives considerably....actually are there any negatives?? ;) Shame i didnt go nuts when i first saw PXS @ sub 1p but it was wiser to buy in instalments after seeing the moves. GL and hope your uncle takes the sound advice and i do agree with your NAV comment.
Sorry mate, at work at the moment and busy as ever.....when PXS comes good i might just pack it all in. Only been doing this for 3 months and the portfolio is just shy of 400% and due to time constarints i have missed out on a few so if i had the time i would like to think i could do even better but never going to complain! Anyways, 70p in a month IMO is unrealistic but for IERE it all goes off the macro data in and around Europe. But with the NAV at 106p for 30/06/09, i think that is as low as it might go (give or take a little) i do believe for around 70p it would be at the start of the new year as their portfolio of real estate is in 7 countries and there needs to be a clear indictation across Europe that it is not a so called "dead cat bounce" and actual recovery but with FTSE breaching 5000 things are looking good. I know this is all just general info and all IMHO but that is howi think this share works. However, if one is willing to hold for a year or more i can definitely see over 100p.
No worries, glad i can be of some assistance for once. Just depends on how long one wants to hold for really. There are other short term faster gainers but slow and steady wins the race! I remeber when France and Germany announced their better than expected figures these share shot up.....so would look into when more figures are due IMO
I had a little dabble with IERE at 19 as you can see from tha accounts that the NAV was close to 6 times the sp at the time (think there is a post from me at some point in June/July), so if you are to hold i believe it will bear rewards in the future such as QED as we come out of this recession you can see that property is already gaining alot of media attention (it did before but this time positive) and the fact it is pan european helps as France and Germany are already out of the techincal slump.

Reason i say that is because i thougth the same until i meant my nemisis ACTA! Needless to say if you look at the graphs for the past 2 weeks you will be able to see what i mean. I have no doubt about the company LT as with most companies linked with real estate but just putting the idea out there for people who see a rise jump on board and then it retraces. These are just my thoughts so please DYOR and GL
