Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Totally agree withyou there, you either need to invest in the people (like i am doing in SPR), the direction or both. Anything else is punt material but a shell with that amount of cash is realtively unique and limits the pressure of fund raising when a change of direction.
I'll help you out here but with the minimum of reseach you would be able to find out. The man himself and family http://www.investegate.co.uk/c-a-sperati-plc--spr-/rns/holding-s--in-company/201412021814076693Y/
Control the share. If we continue to find them on the bid and way off the ask then its further accumlation for later, they already hold quite a few http://www.investegate.co.uk/c-a-sperati-plc--spr-/rns/holding-s--in-company/201410130931101036U/
For me i would say he is out now. WIth the last reported trade of yesterday seemingly fitting with his holding. As Ant says, i would agree it to be along those lines but if anyone else has any theories then im all ears. Either way, with the shares so tightly held, its worth holding on to them to see the direction rather than a swift 10% but as always, its totally up to you...
I think its quite unlikley that it will be KOG. Speaking to the CEO there they are still looking and needing £ and therefore i would say SPR will look elsewhere. The directors histroy is not in o&g but in tech style companies. All have historical links and links with many many more
