Ant has been on this one for a little while and after some digging into directors histories, investors, KOG ($16 b/e costs, already drilling but looking for £1,5m more for 10 well drill and looking to list on AIM) it certanly looks interesting. The area of expertise of the directors is what has given me a strogn interest and with 400k cash, 1m Mcap and small amount of shares in issue it hits all the right spots. Granted further direction is needed and we should be getting that very soon

You only have to look at his history on AIM to see that over his established long career he has enough contacts to be able to raise significant amounts of cash if necessary for a growing tech company. People normally say their share is under radar....but this one most certainly is....

Did some digging into SPR. Called up David at KOG and much like you/we thought, that investment is a red herring. They are looking to get into AIM but a RTO with SPR is highly unlikely. Requires 1.5m more and asked if i had contacts!

Agree with you there, the new name, the directors experience in finance and the links and links that can be made. The KOG invstment certainly throws people off but i am happy with a holding here as the risk reward ratio is certainly in our favour
