With a special resolution for share consolidation that needs to be voted on 2nd March? But I didn’t see it listed as one of the resolutions with all the others that have to be voted on for 2nd March in the document on their website. There were 19 resolutions to be voted on. Which of those 19 resolutions states states the consolidation?
Having read the ordinary and special resolutions for the AGM, it’s positive that Jonathan Roe and especially Jim McColl will still be with the company as Non-Executive Directors. I doubt they would want their names associated with a company that damaged their reputations.

Both the branches in Strood and Rochester in Kent were really busy last Friday. The lady at the Strood branch said they have been really busy since November.
