Unfortunately for him you had a chairman called Jonathan Roe, who knows his stuff and you just need to look at his history who felt Amigo’s shareholder interests would be better in the hands of Craig who Jonathan brought in. It was not Jim who brought Craig in. Well he has used CHP for his interests without having a chairman like Jonathan to protect shareholders and their interests.

Lifesab, it was Jonathan Roe the chairman of Amigo who has been there since I think 2020 who steered Amigo to where it is today. Jim didn’t find Craig for Amigo, it was Jonathan who found him. Let’s agree to disagree the shareholder value Jim created at Amigo while he was there, none and it’s all there in the historical share price chart that you can have a look at. The day that Craig took over was the day shareholder value was created. Again look at the date Craig was appointed and the share price movement from that date in the price charts. How can you compare the 1800% share price increase since Craig took over in about 4 months with the shareholder value that Jim has created with CHP so far even with the far more assets that he has?

Dudemug65, polishing a t**d is what springs to mind with the explanation of CHP share price performance and shareholder value destruction and the conservative potential to go another 600% from the current low based on all the assets etc.

Craig since taking over at Amigo from good old Jim in a space of less than 4 months has increased shareholder value by 1800% with only the potential assets that could be. Now from their current market valuation after the 1800% increase in a few months that Craig delivered another 600% would be a very conservative estimate over there. Craig categorically stated that his aim was to deliver shareholder value since he took over from Jim. That you would agree based on the above numbers he has more than delivered shareholder value in a space of a few months without any assets but the future potential .

How has the CHP share price performed in the same timeframe with more actual assets and the shareholder value that has been created to date?

Lifesab, luckily I do not hold a big position here. What I have observed with CHP is shareholder value destruction. You should have a look at how Craig has created shareholder value at Amigo in the past few months since Jim was got rid of and he took over. There is no comparison in share price performance. Look at the numbers. Now if you think consolidation means that the value of your holding will be the same post consolidation with the proposition of giving Jim the ability to issue more shares following the consolidation, good luck.

Short term pain for long term gain? Try telling that to all the shareholders who have been in this share since Vela. The best thing that happened to Amigo was getting rid of Jim. The moment they appointed Craig the share price went from 0.17 in September 2025 to over 3p. It was said in the past that this was a life changing share. With the share price today it speaks volumes.

Their growth in member numbers in the US is not going to be anywhere near what people are expecting when they report.

They are renegotiating as that is the only way they can get to getting anywhere close to the margin they have said they will deliver this year. The margin they said they would deliver this year is far below the likes of Persimmon.

RachT2, I have only bothered to look at your posting history since 1 November. For now nearly 4.5 months, probably even longer than that if one looks through your posting history, you have only ever posted about 80M. Are you a one trick pony?

You need to compare the Vistry margins with the other builders, especially when they say their current margins are going to be under pressure for this year when their margins were lower last year than the other builders.

RachT2, you would not be a person that I would be listening to and therefore making any investment based on what you say. Trading spikes and volatility as you say is pure gambling hoping for the best. Spikes are caused by RNSs issued and the information in them so unless we have a crystal ball and know when a RNS is issued and it’s going to contain, good luck in predicting spikes to build a position to make a quick profit.

RachT2, with all your incisive analysis I have read on all your posts, you didn’t answer a simple question. What is your forecast price range for 80M by December 2026 based on all the available data?

The shorts have increased again here. Sold my position here at a profit and invested it in AMIGO. Better prospects for a higher return this year.

In his letter Craig said about tangible asset growth and operational excellence. Well he has addressed operational excellence and how he plans on delivering it. As for tangible asset growth, well that happens when any RNS is issued with a JORC compliant Mineral Reserve or Mineral Resource, when that happens this price will be nowhere near 3p. Dubai is also a good place to sell and market the vision. People have money there, as opposed to being based in Swansea in Wales. As for funding his ventures, the dilution will be far less from this price than when it was at 0.2p. No need for RTO to bring his vision to reality.

Could this share rocket from this price point with the company structure as announced in the RNS, yes when any potential JORC compliant Mineral Resource or Mineral Reserve is announced in a RNS.

There is no need for a RTO here when you read how the corporate restructure has been done as stated in the last RNS?
