The comms are always deliberately ambiguous and left for us to fill the gaps and then as shareholders, we do by so by projecting our positive biases. And I am also guilty of this. Having said that, and if put my slightly objective hat on, both scenarios I projected are plausible along with the more doom laden one which I did not.

when the dust settles, most share holders from pre 2020 era will be in need of multiple x increase in share price just to break even unless they average down substantially over the coming months.

some of us did see through sd bull****, along with the most vocal proponents and so called experts here... when the share price was in mid teens few years ago i did say that the sp will drop significantly to single digits and so it did and has remained in this single digit zone since.

the cruel thing now is that the current share price is almost a ceiling when all the new shares are added and mcap readjusted. this is now headed to equivalent 1-2p region when all the dust settles with new listing and consolidation (it will come). i hope you fill your boots again at 1-2p @bamps21, and if you were truly true to your word two years ago, filled your boots at 7p like you said you would if it dropped to that.... i have my doubts though.

Acotty* - Along with your guess, I propose two more guesses :

1. They are having trouble getting through the formation

2. They haven't even started testing

Anything is possible with PRD.

Facts dear boy facts..... It's no longer a worthwhile venture in Africa. Hence the mid test pivot to USA. That was a big clue.

KeithOz - you forgot one other aspect with regards to CHAR.... The incredibly bloated PLC costs.

Nigel - PRD have no plans to use it for the foreseeable future, best it stays with SOU for now. Like it was stacked with PRD for a long time... remember?

BRV and Liofeofpi - Undoubtedly Jimmy brings out a very fine tooth comb for PRD compared to CHAR, but the general points he makes are merited. It is only possible because of the really tiresome continual delays in testing and the blame for that goes to PG. Even now with all the pictures and videos on social media, I am not convinced we will get the results anytime soon. Happy to be proved wrong by PG.

These numbnuts have been trying to flow test for almost a year with seemingly no end in sight with regulatory or logistical reasoning put up every time. He owned up to his incompetence once but this continual incompetence is not acceptable even if he is aligned with shareholder interests with his large holding.

Even now, there is no guarantee that it has definitively started or there is a long stop.

I must admit I saw this tweet and the dreaded bait and switch came to mind.... I am hoping that they actually have been testing all this time.

Thebold - why do you need the opinion of anyone else. Why don't you man up and say this is all a con and that's why Novum would want to sell. Just get to the crux and stop beating about the bush, so we all know where you truly stand on this issue.

They have put the company at mercy of Energean. CHAR is on a cliff edge.

Best thing shareholder should do is to sack the over priced board and mothball all projects other than Morocco. Bring the PLC costs down drastically and make testing of the onshore well an immediate priority. Success will give it room to raise good amount of capital without diluting to death.

Sincere advice from a PRD investor. The Moroccan pie is big enough for everyone.

PG gave Malcy a verbal wedgie last year. LOL
