Nigel - CHAR has a particular skill in finding dusters from 3D analysis. Indeed you should take up your own advice about not being delusional. Or If you are going to apply the fine tooth comb then do so elsewhere too and not selectively with PRD. I am not wedded to PRD, who knows I may even invest in CHAR if they can put a good set of results from their drills.

I am more of an investor in Biotechs where my own area of exterior lies. Though PRD is one of my largest holdings in O&G, I am well aware of the pitfalls and slip time lines etc.... it's nothing new for the investors here. At some point, all hands will have to be revealed and at that point, it will either make me lots of money or lose lots of it. This is the nature of thegame.

Nigel - Ofcourse it needs to flow.... The same is for CHAR too... They tried to ape PRD except but unfortunately for them, dont have PG going through the seismic interpretation. CHAR better hit something worth flow testing in their second drill or the funding for Anchois is going to see lot of dilution...... The Energean deal carries a bill for CHAR. Either you are wilfully ignorant of this fact or just side stepping it. Have you and Jimmy demonstrated this "coherent honesty" over at CHAR or its just reserved for PRD?

The whole event is pretty much sponsored by CHAR. My guess is that THEY invited him along as he is a stock promoter and especially as CHAR was in his bucket list then. And since Char was looking for a partner then (I think), it helps having a non CHAR person going round doing the bidding in the networking circles at the event.

Being an invited guest does not make you an "advisor".

Nigel can diss because PG's reluctance to test. But at some point this will change.

What is not in doubt is the terrible track record of failure CHAR has over the last decade and more. This latest failure was meant to be a "slam dunk" but they got it terribly wrong again.

For all his faults, PG has a record of 4 out of 4 in Morocco. Yes I am aware MOU-2 was suspended, but I will give PG the benefit of the doubt on that one.

Gudin - My point is that they will just take out Pred, and divest from anything other than Morocco. PG at this point would be a very rich man and could start something new and take over the non Moroccan assets and carry on with much improved credibility and a fan base willing to support him. Much like CEO of Dana Petroleum to Parkmead group. Again these are all hypothetical scenarios.

Micktrick - Its about alignment of interests. Specifically to developing the field, only the Super Majors can do things at an accelerated pace without having to go cap in hand for cash to outsiders as well as the technical expertise required. I think I have heard PG say this himself that someone else will develop the field. It is in Moroccans interest to have their field developed as fast as they can, so their country can reap the benefits at the earliest. In International theatre, there are no friends but alignment of interests.

Maybe ONHYM deemed that a small wildcat explorer will devote 100% of their time to get the results they want compared to a Major who will have this on their non priority list after acquiring it.

Micktrick - Not sure you noticed but there are assumptions in my post. The biggest being a commercial giant field. For that to happen we need to flow and drill to prove it. Imagine that has happened, why do you think a Major or a Super Major will not be interested especially as it's close to a European Pipeline? Just because Conoco Philips walked away long time ago in a different prevailing economic and political climate doesn't mean that there isn't value left.

Thebold - I have no idea. But my guess and hope is that we will have proven that it flows very well and drilled another deep well by then. I would love for it to be all done by the end of 2025. But as you know I have my doubts, but I hope PG prove me wrong.

Gudin - forget what PG says. If a major comes along and wants the asset, no one will stop them in their way. Not PG, nor ONHYM. Morocco will bend over backwards for them. This is all a moot discussion about ownership structure. Let's get to the point where the big boys want to take you out because you have a giant commercial field on European doorstep.

well oil - I know PG has a large holding which is a source of comfort for me, you rarely get such skin the game from directors. That said, everyone's patience is running very thin now. Just get on with the flow test.

Gudin - There is no way rig will be on site then. They have lost their head start. Who is to say it will be available at all till Q4.

The question is will the Moroccans remain patient and agree to extend the permit once again and how long will they remain patient for. Hypothetically, what if they do not extend the permit?
