Spymaster - are you sure thats him? I suggest you goto companies house and look again and there you will find an Omar AHMAD with a link to Kazakhstan and British Virgin Islands. Again, this is all conjecture on our part. All he has to do is come out and give a presentation or an interview and let's see who he actually is!! The real question is what is he afraid of?

JerseyCrew - Even if they wanted to charge, who are they going to charge?... does anyone know anything concrete about Omar The Anonymous? Have you seen him or heard his voice?... has anyone here? Hiding in the shadows by a CEO is completely unprecedented for a listed company.

Whether you are or not is irrelevant.... Omar the Anonymous can see what's posed to him, he can reply here or on X. Or one of his army of minions can.

TRYYOURBEST/OMAR (?) - I had a look, and found that you are completely anonymous... why is that? You are not an investor but the CEO and people invest the management almost as much as the assets. What have you got to hide that there is no meaningful trace of you on the internet aside from your faceless moniker on X and perhaps what's available on companies house, if that is indeed referring to your past history. I noticed a link to Kazakhstan and British Virgin Islands.

Would you invest in a company where the CEO is untraceable and refuses to show himself? This is almost a first on AIM or anywhere for a listed company.

To me, it adds serious red flags on your integrity and motivation, and makes me seriously doubt that there is a deal in place with THE Callum Baxter. It could all be a scam, and it will run along till it gets busted and since no one knows who you are and what you look like, you can just walk away. Can you not do a presentation with the Callum Baxter so all these doubts can be put to rest?
