We maybe on the opposite ends to where we believe this is now headed, but nontheless let me take this opportunity to thank you.

WiseOwlSpeak - This is a rare serious company on AIM with serious management. You know the like that actually produce and have a track record and thus are trusted by financial institutions to the tune of hundreds of millions... Business should be back on track next year and they should be paying off large chunks of the debt by then.

I am not an investor yet but will be as soon as they give the green light that everything is back on track.

Well I just worked out for you that a raise is needed because right now they have a funding gap. Go to that thread and comment if you disagree.

£600-£650K doesn't cover their commitments. Goto their last presentation on GBP website dated 19th Sep 2024. They have estimated commitments of £750k in the next 8 months from that point onwards.

Thats why I said there is a raise coming.

Global has successfully raised £600,000 in aggregate before costs through an oversubscribed placing of institutional and high net worth clients of 923,076,923 new Ordinary Shares (the "Placing Shares") at a Price of 0.065 pence per share (the "Fundraise").

The shares issued to Omar and Hamza are for their "consultancy work" to GBP prior to taking roles as CEO and CFO respectively. Note that they didn't take up roles prior to taking the shares, because that would have been part of their job spec and hence no free shares. Interesting!!

It's rather annoying that both partners in the JV, individually have less share in the project than the government who seemed to have stolen a lions share. But I suppose you got to deal with the cards you have... onwards and upwards from here. For me as an outsider looking in, just working out what's a good risk to reward entry point now.
