Certain offtake rights to purchase up to 25% of all vanadium bearing materials produced annually by FAR at the market price

An agreement and joint initiative to recruit additional members to the management team of FAR to ensure that the necessary skills and leadership are in place to take the Balausa Project into production

VB initially bought in here at 9p, can currently buy in less than there price, however won't be for too long.

Always remember, this is no tidly AIM company.

This is LSE Main Listed, backed by Vision Blue, Sir Mick David Andy Trahar, they have led mining behemoths, done deals for 100s of billions, everything will be looked at and done for the benefit of the company.

Compared to their previous dealings and companies they have led, FAR is a walk in the park. They were CEO's of Xtrata and Anglo American, doesn't really get much bigger.

Given a massive opportunity to any new investors, otherwise it was on the path to 20p+

FS for it to be signed off will have built in towards a worse case scenario. I.e. what it would cost officially if it was to go out to tender to the general market.

However reality is different. CC6 is one of the global leaders, and can obviously do it for materially less.

If the contract was officially signed, then it would have been a different matter.

Remember another mining company. They could only include 2nd hand equipment in the FS if they already acquired it, otherwise they had to include a full brand new acquisitions price.

And stick this time round. That 4-5x move in 2021 was done in the space of just 5 days 😬

FS complete, Funding done, with china and VB backing, start construction, institutions start building positions, small free float, who knows what is possible 🤔

And the bigger opportunity is so big its difficult to even comprehend. This is all just based on Ore Body 1, there are 7 in total 🤯

Non existent free float will make this rise faster than whatever anyone can imagine.

A few big buyers or institutional buying, and FAR will go parabolic.

Rose from these levels to 15p+ a few weeks back in just 2 days.

FAR flies totally under the radar as its main listed.

Most day traders only look at AIM companies, and AIM fallers and Risers, and totally miss golden nuggets like FAR.

Look at GMET, as an Explorer, million miles behind FAR, it has a market cap of £200m, for FAR that is 6x to get there lol

Well now not even £1k buy possible

This is what happens when the valuation is totally wrong.

Can't see many selling, the prize is way too big, this is now a very low risk multibagger opportunity, its will have to move and re-rate big time.

4 weeks ago WITHOUT FS, and Chinese Funding FAR spiked to 15p+ in just 2 days. Just shows free float is miniscule.

With only 520m shares

And over 50% locked up with the 4 main holders.

Once things move, we will get a parabolic move.

On Sir Mick and Vision Blue joining in 2021 this moved from 10p to 43p in just 1 week!!

Just have to load up at the bottom and show some patience.

FAR will be around 20p in the coming weeks/months.

Was over 15p just 4 weeks ago, since then we have had 2 monumental RNS's, and much more to come.

Tiny free flat, once it starts moving, there will be no stopping. Totally under the radar to what they have achieved.

Brilliant time to accumulate, quietly load up as much as you can, this is lower than Vision Blue initial buy in of 9p, and materially lower than the options price of 25p and 78p.

If investors were told over the last few years, FS would be delivered, funding and construction being agreed with China State Companies, new products like CBS not even included, and share price would be 6.9p, absolutely nobody would believe it. Totally missed by the market, absolutely no doubt it will soon catch up, disconnect never lasts.

No wonder the backers are all lining up. For only stage 1...

And as per the last RNS, company are developing a niche CBS product with manufacturers, which one would assume attain a higher premium.

Thats over 90% Margin 🤯🤯

This would give annual revenues of over $260m with todays prices, and taking the lowest CBS price. In a few years with forecasted higher prices, revenue could be over $500m.

Even at todays prices, annual profits would be multiples of todays market cap. And that is the big prize with this project. Money printer for decades to come.

Would love to know any other company with this level of margin?

On Sir Mick joining this was over 40p.

Get the Chinese funding, already equity portion looks like its covered by Vision Blue and Friends, the Chinese will have this built and up and running in no time.

Duster - totally agree, 25p is a very good near term target, and we are on that path safely with the Chinese onboard.

Sir Mick and Trahar will get this built, and it will become an absolute cash machine for them.

This is on the milestone of a capital raise and subsequent capital raise for the construction of the Balausa Project.

We are about to see a monumental rise.
