Needs to 3-8x to get to a respectable valuation. In numbers...19 Nov 2025 20:59
NPV = $1 Billion, Current Market Cap = £41m
If current market cap equalled NPV share price would be £1.43
For a project with an FS, pre construction, absolute lowest valuation should be 0.15-0.4x NPV:
So a share price of 22p-57p
Therefore should be 3-8x to get to a realistic valuation today.
Once construction is done, could be 0.7-1.5x:
Share price of 100p - 214p
THEN, I know Stage 2 ($4 Billion NPV) is a long way away. But now imagine the above figures x4 🤯
This is all based on current no of shares, obviously this will change as equity investors fund a small portion of the construction phase.
But this just shows the massive current undervaluation, and the huge potential in the years to come.
With the FS complete, China funding to come, backed by Vision Blue, and Main Listed, its a unique proposition, and massively derisked, and on the path to production.
A total disconnect to a realistic valuation, the gap will close, it's simply too cheap.
7.8p is just a total joke! Bargain basement. As I always say, plenty of speculative AIM mining companies, light years away from production, if ever, worth multiples of FAR.
