Moving to a JORC indicated resource

Has not only Zinc and Silver, will be the only Germanium JORC resource in Europe

Governmental/EU support, or even by the US, seeing how critical Germanium is in defense.

And as pointed out a big EU push to support these type of critical deposits.

£9m mcap is a pittance. And buyers have come in.

Would like to go back in the 30s before news arrives.

See this moving back to 0.3s in anticipation of good drilling news which can come anytime.

Already been told hit massive sulphides at shallow depths in the latest hole. Will be constant news.

Fireweed Metals in Canada has a similar Zinc grade, has a market cap over $300m.

The potential here is MASSIVE.

Every hole drilled at Malaoi has hit Zinc mineralisation. Its just patience required.

Most are waiting for a 1-2p once JORC resource moves from Inferred to indicated.

It went to 0.38p just on pre drill news, so moves very fast.

All the shares have gone to VB and the BOD. They will not be selling a single share. This is no ordinary raise.

BOD and VB are more than happy to stump up for any money required.

Exactly. They are not out with a begging bowl looking for money from pi's.

Totally the opposite, 100% of cash coming in is from insiders and strategic investor. They know what is coming here, and are more than happy to back it 100%, cannot get a bigger vote of confidence than that.

Only represents a 5% dilution.

It was always going to happen, its a big prize here. The existing holders are always looking to buy more and back the company.

They now hold 48.42% of all shares, If their is a management buyout or a takeover of some sort on the cheap, say even double from here at 15p, would be Incredible disappointment. This has all the hallmarks of going up many many multiples.

My main concern is, with the BOD holding such a huge amount, wouldn't take much to take out the remaining shares. Why not hold 100% of the project, which will be a cash machine once in production.

(Seen a similar thing with a gold miner back in 2021. Oh boy if that wasn't taken over, how many multiples would that be worth in todays market)

19.1m ounces of Silver. This could be 4x bigger.

Silver is at $58-59 and rising

Thats comfortably over $1b just in Silver resource, and its not even ROCK's main metal 🤯

Looks like 2x 5mil buys today.

This should climb back up with the massive sulphides missed by many. A whiff of good RNS and it will 🚀🚀

IMO A brilliant time to load up, touched 0.4p on few months back.

Someone just sold 1.25m shares.

Some with big holdings will most probably throw in the towel, belief must be waning thin.

Backed by Vision Blue (ex CEO's of Xtrata and Anglo American)

Funding interest from China

Construction by major Chinese company

NPV of $1 Billion of only stage 1

And Main Listed.

Risk reward £40m mcap vs $1b NPV

Why would anyone invest in PXC, when it requires $80m capex, with such a low NPV $88m, and thats not even approved as it had 2nd hand items.

Seems like a lot of loading up on the cheap here.

Excuse the pun, this is close to ROCK bottom.

Few months times, this should be many many multiples 🤞with an official JORC resource.

Risk vs reward here is insane.

I am sure bargain hunters will be swooping up whatever they can.

This was knocking on 0.4p only several weeks back and talks of 1-2p.

Patience will pay big time.
