Exclusivity usually lasts 30 to 60 days in contract discussions , is the period of exclusivity still valid ?? If it is why is it taken longer than the 60 days most company's would allow ,the longer it drags out your locking out other potential partners, that is why they only give 30-60 days as the norm.

It's taken 7 years to get this far can see it taking another 7, courts will be just as slow,they will do anything to stop this drill.
