Does anyone know F Lang took up his 30 mil share option as he could as the share price was 30% up the 0.11 price applied and if so as he was a director would he be allowed to sell as surely he would have insider knowledge novice about these things.Also what do we know about Frazier holdings ltd who are the person of significant interest in Humber oil and gas ,it was Fraser till this year ?.

WW,surely its still Alan and Alison doing most of the negotiations as he is still Chairman MFdevco ,and any deal will be done with MFdevco not NUOG ??

Very disappointing to see share price dropping , i did notice same thing happened before last results,share price dropped on consecutive days any ideas why ??

If you read the half year report RNS it states all work is on hold untill further notice,so no drilling there for a while.

EkXoc Nuog will not be getting grants for GTW as it is the private company MFdevco that is trying to do the deals on GTW and are the company which Siemens have an arrangement with,it is true to say NU oil own 50%of the shares of the private MFDEVCO,but it is MFdevco who have the relationships with Siemens et al, it is also worth pointing out that the 500 shares NUOG have in MFDEVCO are worth not a lot at the moment as MFDEVCO have no assets.GLA

Well said Roy- I am holding on to my remaining 25% in the hope one day pigs might fly! But they will not get a penny more unless the show some evidence they can achieve a result which is highly unlikely .

RNS March 2018-In preparation for the production test, PVF are completing the clean-up-of the well-tubing, undertaking any maintenance required to site facilities following recent adverse weather and performing routine pre-flow checks. PVF will be ready to begin the production test, which is anticipated to last between 30 and 90 days, as soon as approval is received from the DNR. The Company will provide an update when the test begins.

Agree share holders would be entitled to the shares in MFdevco which like any other asset would need to be sold firstly to pay off major creditors unfortunately at this time the shares are worth virtually nothingeas MFdevco is not worth anything until deals are done. But Iam just an old cynic now and it makes a lot of sense RMRI being sole share holder in MFdevco

Don’t wish to really disagree but RMRI have 500 shares in MFdevco and Nuog have 500shares at present going by MFdevco accounts there not worth a great deal if Nuog folded why would that mean MFdevco folding there soon to have there own funding svp .

Why is it that .3 was the best price they could get and had to offer that greatly discounted price to raise a measly 250000 ?

All the members including Siemens do not have collaborations with Nuog there with MFdevco and there board and if GTW does come to fruition it will make a lot of money for both Siemens and MFdevco but as I said previously I don’t think Nuog will be around to see it.

Mr A minty recently became director of RMRI Feb 2019;at the same time Alison Pegram resigned if Nuog switch the lights off RMRI are the sole share holders in MFdevco and who are the share holders in RMRI yes the whole minty family well well well

Spoke to Simon today and to be honest his answers didn’t fill me we confidence I personally think we are seeing the revenge of the minty clan, MFdevco will get deals but I don’t thing Nuog will be around to see them as soon as MFdevco get there svp finance they dont need Nuog placings for finance and Nuog have no revenue streams who needs pesky share holders then .

Still no answer as to why GS is not on board of MFdevco as promised in RNS January!!!!

For what it is worth NUog goes to the wall RMRI becomes sole share holder in MFDevco which rises from with ashes soon after with multiple deals
