KR1 as they have not stated they where working on a named deal in Brazil IAm sure they would not need to release an Rns if a deal fell through that’s the beauty ,according to Ivor Dworschak MFdevco are working on several deal in Brazil,again this is just the company line,if you read the last thre years RNS you could say you have been mislead on numerous occasions .

We are lead to believe that GTW is progressing at speed this would suggest that negotiations have been ongoing for some time,however in the company’s strategic report in RNS 28/12/18 final year results there is no mention of it at all as part of MFDEVCO strategy ! Trust ?

Appreciate your comments (although I still disagree about the money) In life I will always question things that I feel are wrong , I will not blindly believe anything official or unofficial that comes from the bod without having a damn good reason to do so,it’s now a question of trust and unfortunately in my case that is now nonexistent,my money will stay invested in the hope your right ,as my wife keeps telling me Iam usually wrong.

Again it is not MFDEVCO having trouble it’s NUog , I might be wrong but MFdevco can survive without NUOg if they get there new svp . Anyway wasted enough of my life on this will just have to wait and see what happens but I fear there is something going on here that none of us only the minty clan know.

Again excuse my ignorance but where in NUOG, accounts or MFdevco accounts(2016 last MFdevco accounts) does it say MFdevco owes NUOG 1 million pounds ???

Again I have very little knowledge on company law but ,MFDEVCO is a private ltd company which has 1000 shares,500 RMRI,500 NUOG in 2016 both seem to contribute some 1 mil to MFdevco, now if MFDEVCO have found a new revenue stream and at present has no asset value if Nuog go to the wall MFDEVCO presumably will carry on ?

Hi just a question for anybody with greater knowledge than myself ,if the lights go out what happens to the 500 shares in MFdevco assigned to NUog ?

Iam resigned to the fact I have lost 70% of my five figure investment,only myself to blame,but still feel the BOD have cheated me in some way and are still trying too ! No point selling at this price ;shafted I am afraid,will go away reflect and watch my remaining 30% disappear into the pockets of modern day highway robbers, the only thing The Bod are missing are the horses and masks.

The only people to blame are the BOD for saying deals where imminent and short order , there are no deals nothing but misleading bullshitt with GTW being the latest just can not trust the bod anymore they have mislead us !

Why hasn’t GS bought any shares in the company he is chairman in ; and why do people think after five years of failing to get a marginal oil field deal done they will suddenly magic a GTW deal doesn’t make sens,there has to be some fundamental problem with the negotiations, or is it all just a complete con, my only nagging feeling is why haven’t they had a placing yet ; this the only straw to cling to as nothing else supports there expression of hard work and being close to a deal.
