I just get a feeling quality stocks are being held back to let the pro's in. Maybe they are just waiting for a signal of recovery and that will sound the charge for them to put cash back into equity. Maybe QE cash is playing a part too. There is £billions being pumped into the system or waiting to be pumped into the system.

Positive PMI data today too. All points upwards. Plus the virus might be burning itself out so no need for vaccine. Infections might go up but deaths may be history as virus just isn't strong enough to kill you.

Its not just RRE, there are other cash generative cheap stocks being held back. There is just no volume. Are we being held back to let the big boys back in? It does look like manipulation for sure.

It is a mystery. income for 40% of their business is down 30% from recent highs but the yearly average (including hedging) should mean less than 30% for 2020. Broker value £37/sh, cash £20/sh. SP £11 WTF ?!?!?!

To be fair though Shell etc are down by a similar amount, we are not alone.

US top coronavirus expert Dr Anthony Fauci can't see the country returning to lockdowns despite the country's infection rate remaining high.
"I don't think we're going to be talking about going back to lockdown," he told news agency AFP. "I think we're going to be talking about trying to better control those areas of the country that seem to be having a surge of cases."
While the former US epicentre in New York appears to have controlled the outbreak, infection rates are still rising in other states.
Dr Fauci said there should be a localised approach to reopening the country, so that areas where there's no new cases could reopen schools, while other parts of the country should wait.
The White House adviser on the pandemic also said he was optimistic there would be a vaccine soon, describing early trial results as "encouraging".

Retail sales jump up as lockdown eases
UK retail sales volumes jumped 12% in May compared with the all-time record falls in April during lockdown, according to the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
Sales were still down by 13.1% on February, before the coronavirus lockdown began.
Non-food stores saw the biggest jump in sales - up 42% as DIY stores and gardening centres opened their doors in May.
Meanwhile, online sales rose to their highest proportion on record. They accounted for 33.4% of total spend, compared with 30.8% in April, the ONS said.

Dave are you aware that about 60% of RRE income is from gas, the CAPEX is mostly for new gas production and the gas income is hedged so as to cover that CAPEX? At $40/b RRE still make about £35-40m per year?

That's good news RB, I wonder if Halo are renegotiating the cost of the asset due to low gas pricing.

Looks like the SP is being held back with seller offloading. I think if the SP breaks 64p when seller is done we should be off again, but I am no trading expert.
