I thought MMX were looking at all manner of possibilities - what do you make of this ? - "would it have been better not to have announced the hiring of Headwaters MB and waited until there was a firm offer on the table as the waiting is purgatory" - firm offer for what ?

That's quite a jump even for a Midas article - if they are looking at consolidation maybe they are looking at MMX which has said it is looking to be consolidated
