I agree, but we have been here before.
One positive is that at least we did raise funds, albeit at rock bottom.
Now for the loan re negotiation. I suspect it will be rolled over for 12 months.
You said last year that 2023 will be the year we will find out if this is going anywhere, I think you were correct, it s going to be very interesting over the next 6 months that's for sure.
There is still hope but its all too slow!!

One wonders why we couldn't settle these fees in cash? having just raised £750K.
CB is preserving cash we know, but why issue more shares for this? what fees do these relate to?
Obviously inn connection with fees regarding Hope I would assume and that is why the person/persons owed this money have accepted shares? No great dilution so nothing to be concerned about in that respect, but, the shares in issue keep climbing and that is a concern.
Surely with so many projects on the go news should start flowing shortly, Hope?, Kanye? Mankayan? then there is Eureka?
I did expect us to be talking about financing at Hope by now having had details released, but, no licence, still!!!

Colin Bird, Executive Chairman of Bezant, commented:

"We are very pleased with these Kanye drill results particularly as we have several other targets still to pursue. In the meantime, we will submit samples from the recent drilling for metallurgical test work and are optimistic we will achieve battery grade quality material. In addition, we will drill test the other identified targets along the delineated strike extension with the aim of moving towards potential resource definition."
What's happening here? have we received any test results back as yet? if not why not/

I think this is all too slow, CB needs a rocket!!! to get things progressing, let us hope that things spring into life in the next few weeks and we get some positive news to get the sp off it's ar**.

The pilot plant testing and extraction will begin during March 2023, including both preliminary testing, as well as pilot plant operations, with results expected by May 2023.

In respect of the pilot plant:

· Final piping and instrumentation diagram (P&ID) engineering for the Pilot Plant is complete, based on modular 40-foot containers specifically designed for the chemistry of the ions to be extracted from a brine;

· Custom designed Hollow Fiber Membranes have been produced and a production system has been designed for immediate erection of the pilot plant; and

· Testing of various lithium brines is planned, subject to applicable laws, during Q2 2023.

Oh dear Prickly. I can hear the groans from here!! 1.5p ouch. At least I got involved around the 0.10 range but have bought more at higher prices, ouch!!! Still breakeven is 0.12p so not too bad really.
I really think we need news here and fast. Interesting that CB recently joined twitter to promote his companies. Be nice to get some tweets regarding positive events at bzt, that could also help the cause here.
The blinking licence must be close. My worry however is if we then have to await environmental reports and they have to be agreed by the authorities that could be a further 6 months!!
But as we are aware CB is adamant that mining can be up and running this year at Hope!!! So perhaps any further delays may be in my imagination, we will see?
I can't see your 1.5p any time soon here I have to say, 7B shares in issue now. The best I can see here is .25 - .40p if it went on a good run, anything else will be a bonus.
That would value us at circa 18 - 30M.

Fundraising: The Company has raised £750,000 before expenses (the "Fundraising") at 0.04 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Fundraising Price") for the issue of 1,875,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Fundraising Shares") conditional upon admission of the Fundraising Shares to trading on AIM ("Admission"). The Fundraising comprises a placing of 1,375,000,000 new Ordinary Shares (the "Placing Shares") for £550,000 at the Fundraising Price (the "Placing"), via Shard Capital Partners LLP, and share subscriptions for 500,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at the Fundraising Price to raise £200,000 (the "Share Subscriptions"). The Fundraising includes £25,000 by Colin Bird, Bezant's Executive Chairman for 62,500,000 Fundraising Shares and £15,000 by Raju Samtani, Bezant's Finance Director for 37,500,000 Fundraising Shares together representing 5.33 per cent. of the total Fundraising amount.

We still own our 10% stake we purchased for £3.5M plus shares so Clon have contributed a fair amount of cash and equity to this, as far as I am concerned anything can still happen here?

Correct, I would expect AP to motor ahead now, it will be interesting to see how quick newsflow is, if quick the sp will double at least, possibly more, if however silence reigns for long periods it will not!!
Worth keeping an eye on this to see how it plays out, it will give us an idea of what we can expect.

Something I imagine to keep our eyes on, lets see what finance arrangements are put in place here and who is going to participate and what the terms will be.
I suspect the same partners are also in discussions with CB regarding our Hope mine! why wouldnt they be? makes total sense to me?

The Ongombo Copper - Gold Project was granted a Mining Licence (ML 240) in September, 2022 and has now been awarded an Environmental Clearance Certificate (ECC) (No. 23000285: dated 16 April 2023) by the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT): Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA). The award of a production-related ECC is an important step as it achieves compliance with the Environmental Management Act No,7 (2007) and its associated 2012 regulations, and means that the Project has now surmounted the last significant permitting hurdle in the pathway to production, initially by way of low-cost, open-pit extraction of the surface copper - gold resource currently being estimated by external resource consultants Addison Mining Services ("AMS") in advance of a second-phase, underground mine based around a JORC (2012) Mineral Resource Estimate of 10.47Mt.
Is this not excellent news for BZT? same jurisdiction and everthing is agreed?? not sure when AP put in their applications and the timescales, but surely we must be close to news at Hope?

If we were going to 0.035p it would have happened easily by now.
Sp holding up well despite the 0.04p placing, some of the placing shares were also issued at 0.08p!! which helped. Also halping was the fact the Directors subscribed?

Buyout!! pure speculation is that, it would take an awful lot of buying and dodgy deals for that to occur!!
More likely is it a prelude to the new stock hitting the market on Wednesday, some dealings broker to broker and some placees either selling for a small buck or our major investor buying more. The usual games etc when a placing occurs and always before the event!!!
Volume high today but trades not, if tomorrow is similar and we see relentless buying then I may change my opinion, for now however I take little notice.
More interesting is the landing of the mining licence, now when the heck will that eventually land.

Ah, I see our friend was let out today and true to form he found his keyboard and hit the key he can fathom, repeat, repeat, repeat!!!!
Question, we have , an apparent investor, he uses the term "we", he rants, raves about the love of his life, CB, he shows up around every two weeks without fail to run down CB and all of his companies, he post on the other boards exactly the same garbage as he posts here, but you need to ask yourself, why!!!!!
Surely if he was such a smart investor he wouldn't have invested in any CB company. But as he clearly has. wouldn't he have sold as soon as he realised just what he had done, obviously being a smart individual of course!!!!
But apparently not. Now if he was smart he would follow DVH, buy 25M, and sell when it hits double where we are!!!

Good to have you back, I noted your absence for a little while, I thought you may have become bored and unhappy so sold up!!
Yes agreed, but as many allude to, CB does not have a good record on delivery? I believe the problem here is lack of bodies to help, CB has to more or less do everything himself by looks of things, I think he may need help!
The proof of the pudding will certainly be clear very soon, once the licence is granted, CB is carrying on as if this is a certainty, then I will want to see finance details in place within day's, not months, if as he says he is working on this daily and is continuing along the lines that the licence is a given then he should be able to deliver this is quick time. I know there is Chinese involvement on one finance angle, cant remember who the others were, but if CB is adamant that these talks have been ongoing for over 6 months then we should get a conclusion very soon after the licence announcement.
It may involve more dilution as BZT may have to raise funds to contribute to a third part finance package, but, I don't mind as long as we are not continually raising just to keep the lights on and the sp is then decimated.
As I alluded the other day, CD keeps banging on about BZT being a 100M valued company!!! make of that what you will, but I will say one thing he has not deviated from this view!
I have to say I am a little more excited about Clon currently, although I hold considerably more stock here, I think Clon could be huge if all goes to plan.

A few snippets re Eureka, as we can see this has been ongoing for over 10 years!! There was a hold up during the Covid crisis, so effectively it was put on ice for 2/3 years.

I cant exactly find explicit details of licences etc but it appears they have to be renewed every 2 years, there is a cost to this so this may be why CB referenced this in the latest RNS. It has always been the plan for a JV to be sought here to move the project forward, I believe it is obviously too large a plot for bzt to go alone on this, it also appears we own 100% of the tenements, but someone will correct me if I am wrong.
I suspect this may be as valuable as Mankayan, probably more valuable to bzt in fact as we appear to own 100%.
I definitely think something may be moving here as I remember Argentina shutting down all exploration and mining activities during Covid, or many junior ones, so fingers crossed we may hear some movement on this over the coming months.

There was activity in 2019 and they had approval for EIA work. I'm not sure how and when the licence is renewed, but clearly looking at the RNS part of the funds raised were specifically being used to maintain the licence in Eureka.
