Why cannot BZT shareholders be updated quarterly on the progss at Mankayan!

There is a current BZT director on site 24/7 I assume so should be difficult. We opwn 25% or thereabouts, of this asset, but, currently we do not know anything about it? or certainly no recent news/updates?

Question, are they actually doing any work?

We contributed to a cash raise not long ago, therefore I'm not sure why we do not have updates, if we are putting cash into the thing we surely should receive some updates!!! imo.

I'm afraid I disagree, do a search on You Tube of individuals running EV's and now want to get rid of the things. Some have lost thousands on their outlay, and I mean thousands!!! read some of the latest articles in the press?

There is a place for EV's but certainly not on mass and certainly not in the UK.

Oh and the other mad expenses with EV's, Tyres, they shred them??? weight etc???

Yes there will be a need for lithium, no doubt about that, but the mass hysteria surrounding EV's is well over the top, will not happen imo.

Fully agree with your synopsis, to be honest I can't see what all the noise is about. This is currently trading sideways between circa .14 and .10. It appears some thought there may have been news at the recent AGM, anyone thinking that clearly does not understand investing in a PLC!!! and will be losing money hand over fist.

Q3 is the news month so anytime between now and the end of September will give a clearer view of where we are, I'm positive it will be all systems go as I've seen or heard nothing yet to make me believe otherwise.

I agree, but to be fair Q2 has only just ended, and the results although it would be nice to receive, are meaningless until the licence arrives.

Therefore, even if the results were mind-blowing, market reaction will be muted without the licence!!!!

I now think focus should be on the licence, I'm sure work is ongoing but maybe not as quick as it would have been if we had received the news we wanted re the licence.

I am not attending, but I agree with you, why do we as shareholders keep paying out fees for no improvement in any of our projects!! and as I keep on referring to why cannot shareholders be update on a quarterly basis in respect of Mankayan, Ronnie is a Director of BZT, he is based at Mankayan, therefore knows what is going on! is it me?

In fact I will email the company in this regard, I have a contact name now following my emails last week in respect of the typo erros on the FS.

I also requested a copy of the detailed profit and loss account for 2022, being a little cheeky I know, was told these are not freely available to shareholders of plc companies!!! This would tell us exactly where and how the cash is being spent and why these raises/loans are required without any progress being made on projects?required.

I will vote against Resoulution 3 also, dont think it will make any difference, but, at least it shows some input and dissatisfaction with the way these fees are paid.

As you and I both know, this had fallen to lows we didnt envisage!!!

Therefore long way to go here before getting excited. Once we breach double digits and start heading off towards 0.20p then I will start to get a little excited.

Mining licence update must be imminent, is it to confirm or to inform us there is a further delay.

Once the licence is approved and issued then the next hurdle is finance, circa £5M required to build the mine and get it up and running. We have been in discussions for nearly 12 months with prvate investors, therefore if they have been fruitful then financing the mine should be quickly resolved? however as we know these things can be held up with various delays etc.

CB did infer we would be mining in 2023!!! I think that was pre the licence hold up due to changes in the Namibian Government, however, he did say this!!! So he must have though the finance part of this was going to be agreed. Question, will BZT be required to put some funds into this, I think so, therefore this capital will either have to be raised via a placing, hopefully at a much higher sp than the latest raise, or our famous shareholder will stump up more loans?

Although as anyone with more than two brain cells to rub together will be aware, there is of course no way of veryfying your claims!! is there old Son!!

One thing I do know is the licence approval for Hope-Gorob is due this month, 12 months since our application, usually the longest wait is, 12 months!!!

This should be circa 0.10p at least, which would still only value us at £7M peanuts for the assets we have and below our Nt Book Valuation on the balance Sheet.

Hope-Gorob, Mankayan, Eureka, Kanye!!! plus more and we are valued at zip?

Hopefully this is the start of a rise back to double digits for starters and then beyond.

I see so much carp posted on here primarily by individuals who either do not hold stock or have told everyone they have sold!!! why on earth we need to know is beyond me, is anyone interested, answer, no, does anyone care, answer, no!!!

Then we have the usual headings of "pump and dump" another load of bilge I have to say from school children who quite frankly should be in school!!

Now lets get back to reality, until Clon update the market then the sp will trade sideways, as it has done for weeks now. There may be a point if there is a leak then the sp will shoot up but you will only have this with large volume!!

Just flicking through the financial statements, I note some errors, the consolidated statement for the year 2022 states (loss) for the year when in fact it is a profit in 2022 by way of the "other gains" 2,133. Errors by the Auditors here, fee reduction maybe?? especially if they need to be reissued?

Salaries paid for the year circa £170K for what exactly?

Maybe shareholders should put forward a resolution that these fees be reduced until some progress is made?

Danger is one or more Directors could walk away, why would they though, this is a £100M m/cap company in the making?

Net Assets £9.7M so basically the balance sheet indicates this is the value of the Group as a whole, so a little way to go for the Market to agree, which I suppose is good news.

Reading Colins report it still all sounds positive and appears we do have plenty of news to look forward to July/August, let us hope it has a positive impact on our share price.

Interestingly Eureka is being talked up again and any prospect of forming a JV will be a positive turn of events.

Our Mankayan investment appears to be decreasing now down to 24% from 26% at the last show!! I would like to think it is worth more than the current valuation, particulary if it is a world class asset. Again, I would like to know the latest resource estimate and I think updates should be released on a more timely basis.

So, It's July now, Colin clearly reference July and August for news, therefore as the song goes,

fact, gp partners in a general practice are not salaried!!!

they draw cash monthly and are taxed on annual profits, so if a practice profits for 2022/23 are 800k and there are 4 full time partners in that practice the profit per partner is 200k each partner.

they may also employ salaried gp's, these costs are shown as wage costs, which are deducted before ending up with the 800k profits!!!

believe me i know and it ****es me off!!!

I'm not sure where you get these figures from, but I can assure you that GP's in my area in a 3- 6 partner practice earn circa 200 _ 400k per annum profits. That's fact!!!

I agree WFH may suit some smaller business, the majority however need to be in the office or on site in my very strong opinion. You need to interact with other people to learn and discover things about the work you are involved in. Being away from colleagues is silly and unproductive? you may be logged on, but, are you concentrating on what you are doing, No

Certainly judging the Public Sector this is the case as most things now take an age to sort out, try ringing HMRC!!!! try asking them to visit business sites as they did and should? oh no they are at home wanting you to do all the work for them?

As for the NHS that is a disaster area, GP's are now lazy and get paid extortionate amounts of money, some now clocking up partnership profits in excess of £400K per Annum, I should know I deal with these people!

So good luck if it suits you to do as you please with your business, the Public Sector however are there to serve the Public, not sit at home eating hobnobs all day every day? the clue is in the title, Public!
