Nobody is. 136 million sells today!!! interesting that the sp remains above the placing price. Maybe because part of the funding was at 0.08
and this is holding up the sp despite the sell off?
I suppose we cannot be sure all sells are indeed sells!!!
Anyone selling now is not very clever imo. News will arrive soon and if it what is expected, then the sp will rise. Following the size of the raise, bearing in mind it is difficult to raise on AIM currently, then the funders must think there is something coming. I can't imagine having funded the company at .04 the participants are dumping into the market at the same price??
So this could indicate news imminent!

You have asked a schoolboy question to which you know the answer.
The notes from the call have not yet been circulated therefore we do not know what was said.
I suspect pressure was applied re the licence currently outstanding. It is imminent is all I know.
I agree the news today was not what was wanted. However, we move on with funds in place, pressure will certainly be applied now to see progress and plenty of it.
BZT has many assets, I would suggest one of these is worth more than the existing m/cap, maybe CB should consider selling one asset to stabilise the finances and then concentrate on one or two projects through to production.
I await the notes to be released and will comment further on these.

Not good news overall. At least part of this was at a premium, but still no licence.
Have we had the notes issued from the last call, I've not received anything !
Now need to see some serious activity here following this, shareholder's deserve some better news having sat around doing nothing for the best part of a year!!!
I'm holding for now.

I suspect not, but you can request to join the shareholders group and you will then be given access.
As you say and infer, no insider information is given or hinted at, it is a catch up to confirm certain aspects that are already in the public domain are in fact on track, but we would know if not, although delays can be for many many months so its a confirmation if you like. It also offers shareholders to quiz CB and ensure he is doing everything within his power to move things along, I believe a former bzt group ousted previous CEO's or directors , this group I believe is a continuation of that group with new members on board, I wasn't around back in the day but I'm sure someone who was will correct me if I'm mistaken.
Every aspect of the current portfolio of BZT is discussed on these calls with CB, so a good overview of where we are is gathered and confirmed.

Correct, there are buys, but, there could be plenty of Bed & ISA today & tomorrow, transferring holdings into tax free ISA accounts? prior to the end of the current tax year.

This carp!! what exactly is going fine over at ufo? the sp is stagnant and has been for months on end now, a bit like here? doing deals? any cash/income to show for these yet? thought not.

Prem has 22 billion shares in issue and it's m/cap is 210M!!!
That is some share issue and demonstrates it's taken them a hell of time to even get where they are today!
A 3,000% rise!! in reality is a non runner!!! just work the maths out! and donr post silly statements!
Clon on the other hand is valued at **** all, with 4.5B shares outstanding, is just beginning to see some action after many long years doing feck all, I know where I would want my money. Yes dissappointing to see this reaction to the RNS, but, I firmly believe this is just a temporary fall back and in a few weeks we will be sitting here thinking, what a silly price the share was folowing the JV announcement. Patience is the key and lots of it with aim tiddlers, but, if you believe in the story and have done research then keep a tight hold on those shares.

How's the 10p forecast going over at UFO old son???? nearly there yet?
Diiddly squat happening there as well from what I can see, sp falling, nothing doing except talk talk talk!!! oh and a change at the top, which made little to no difference?
Keep dreaming though!
As I keep saying, it is a matter now of waiting for the mining licence approval, then finance should follow, then some big activity should commence and the sp should align nicely.
If on the other hand we get the licence and then there are more excuses etc etc particularly surrounding finance, having had 12 months to put in place, then I will be jumping up and down and I'm sure the current shareholder action group will do likewise, that I'm certain of!!

To be clear, NextChemX has 100 million share Capital, of which 28 million are issued, ie held by holders, all privately held as it is a Private Company although listed on the OTC market.

Now whilst this tie in is not with a multi million or billion dollar company it is significant enough for little ole Clon!!
I am surprised the sp is not in the 0.20's following the confirmation news earlier this week, although I never doubted it would progress there were doubts bandied around once the deadline had passed.
The only reason I can put out there for the decline in the sp is that there is still an overhang of placing shares to clear, the volume of buying has stopped and therefore there are now more sells than buys. I believe once these shares are cleared we should see an uplift into the 0.020 range. Once more news starts to appear then I believe the sp will react accordingly.
There is also the prospect of some Sassanoff news over the next two months, If I remember June was the month in which another drill will occur following last years failure?
So plenty to look ahead to here and certainly not one for selling out cheaply, all imo of course.
