i agree there has been a lack of news on the hope situation, there does need to be more information coming through here.

maybe the shareholders group are reading this and think it is time to contact cb and give him a grilling on why he has so far overseen the decimation of the sp over the past 18 months???

the company is now worth jack **** to put it bluntly, one has to ask why?? and how?

i still hark back to the fact.we raised 800k which to my mind means, there is life!!! if it had been a paltry 250k then i would have said, is the fat lady being readied?

Fully agree with you on Mankayan. I have said repeatedly that there is no reason whatsoever for bzt not to issue quarterly updates. For God's sake we have a Director on the ground there. So what the F is he doing!

Surely he is capable of putting together updates! Perhaps he is incapable?

I made this point at the last shareholder call to CB when I was asked for points to be raised?

Nothing happened, as expected?

We really need multiple voices on this and other points if we are to get any replies.

The October RNS, the report from Addison confirmed the JORC to support an open pit mine. Further drilling was mentioned to both uplift current estimates for copper production and also include Gold recourses which were ignored in the study produced by Addison.

Therefore that says that a mine will be financially viable not withstanding, the resource estimate will only go up!!!

Yes I agree a DFS will also be required and other hurdles will need to be cleared also.

My point is CB has been banging on about this for 18 months and now says a mine can be up and in production in 2024!

I believe if these investors didn't believe that, then there is no way they would have chucked nearly a million quid at this!!! They could have bought the bloody thing outright instead!

I share your doubts but I don't think we can dismiss the prospect of a mine in 2024 until it is crystal clear CB is talking claptrap!!!

I am confident that if we saw some positive updates firstly on Hope, the sp will be up towards .05 easily, if there were to be a financing announcement regarding Hope then it would head towards .10!!

Now. CB has been inferring that he has been in discussions regarding financing this project for 18 months now. If we are to believe him, I admit a big if!!! then the wait surrounding the licence should have provided ample opportunity to put the financing in place in short order!! Should ot not!! I know we are placing this all on CB telling the truth?

So I will not sell until licence news is put, pointless to do do really!!!

Lets see if we can get some positives from this mess.

Funding from, existing investors, directors and Investors!!!!!

I have to ask, why?

There may have been some forward selling ahead of this, but I havnt seen any volume for weeks to sustsntiate this. So. In normal times these placing shares will be offloaded into the market to get the origonal investment plus 5/10% on top, back for the Investors!!!

The sp has already crashed to the placing price today, leaving little opportunity now for shares to be offloaded?

So one must assume long term investors have provided the funding, as you say, who else could be bothered?

You can now buy 10M shares for next to nothing. I may be tempted to do that, however let's see if the sp drops further.

I need circa 7/8 to break even and run for the hills, therefore lower the average for peanuts and wait. There has to be some positive news shortly. There has been nothing for over 12 months now!!

So Hope licence may see a small rise, but then finance will be an issue and more time wasting by CB so it will inevitably fall back.

Mankayan, is the big hope now here, any IPO news and I will break even. Therefore sit tight and don't sell at a huge loss just yet.

One other hope is that the dp rises on rumour and the pump and dump brigade get stuck into it for a few days and there may be an opportunity to get out.

yes i know listed companies require cash and lots of it if they are not generating income. most on aim aren't?

the thing i can't get to grips with here is that a company valued at barely 2m can raise 800k!!! yes i know discounted by 30%, but bloody good raise for such a piddly company.

so the only good bit of news i can hang onto is that these investors are either bloody stupid, or there must be a good chance some good news is incoming and the sp may rise on the back of it?

the projects have all basically stalled and are all going nowhere as far as one can see!!!

the shareholders group appear to have given up as no contact has been made with cb for months. i was informed that there would be no further contact until the hope licence was granted, but i cant imagine even they would have thought we would be here still without a licence?

as i pointed out earlier, funding is sorted for 6 months or so, but, i think cb really does need to get his **** into gear now and produce something for ling suffering holders.

he has so far produced zero???

he has decimated the share price single handedly so that is his one accomplishment here. well done cb.

Way overdue an update here, Clon need to get their fingers out imo and put out some update if only to say "all on track" apart from the reported delays.

Ghana? as said any news from there that is slightly positive and this will rocket?

I said recently, Clon is virtually valued at nothing!!!! Down in the bargain basement with all of the other bombed our AIM crap. I suppose all we have is "potential" nothing more currently, but, that potential, could be huge on all 3 fronts?

Of course there will be a raise here shortly I would think as funds will be getting low, the question is ,if and when there is a placing in what context that will be and what for?

The one good point here at the minute is that Clon appear to be able to raise funds very easily and cleanly through their Aussie backers.

If the funding were to be for Ghana then the sp would be rising more quickly than it is, if indeed a placing is coming, if for Bolivia then it can only be good news there as well, ie things are progressing or we are taking the initiative to move things forward with ChemX struggling to raise the required capital?

If it is merely to keep the lights on then it will be minimal, £300K or so which again will be raised easily. As I've said previously I would like the sp to be nearer double digits before any fundraise to keep dilution down for current holders, but, that I'm afraid is very rarely an interest the Directors of these types of company share!

Volume today is much better and there does appear to be plenty of buying if one can trust the trades reported. I bought a chunk a week or so ago and it was reported as a sell with the wrong amount also reported? the next day the trade was reversed and reported correctly? so you can never be sure if the trades are what they are printed as!!!

Lets see where the day ends?

I don't think that activity was real trading though? Too thin and most of the trades were piffling. I thought one of the large trades was a reversal of an earlier one? I had this happen to my trade on another stock recently. I couldn't understand why my buy wasn't showing correctly, pence differential? It was then reversed the following day hence creating 2 trades!!!!

Nothing happening today here so Friday volume was an irrelevance, either as above or broker's tidying their books! Weekend?

Looking at recent demand for lithium its way down as I thought it would be. The appetite for battery vehicles is also off the cliff! Now the public are waking up to the extortionate costs involved with these things not just the upfront costs the repair costs?

Jaguar are now in a mess as they source their batteries from South Korea and they're crap.

Apparently they can only be charged to 72% or they fail!!

Jaguar are finished if they pursue the idea of only producing battery vehicles?

I think Ghana news is our best bet here, it's been way overdue for years?

I will end this with a fact for you.

Currently EV's are depreciating at a rate never seen in the motor industry before. Porsche who have never been known to discount their vehicles are now offering 5K to drive away one of their EV's, they are also registering unsold brand new vehicles as second hand to attempt to boost the second hand market values.

Nobody wants a second hand EV. Why would you?

Dealers who have EV's in stock cannot get rid of them?

Normal dealers are now trying to do anything they can to make the public buy an EV. So if you go to a dealer for a brand new petrol or diesel vehicle they attempt to sell you an EV by using underhand tactics?

I could go on, but remember this. In say 5 years time watch out for the adverts, "were you miss sold an EV between these yesrs" if so claim now?

I wouldn't worry about a TR1 if I were you, you will eventually be diluted well below that soon enough.

By the way. CLON currently do not have much cash, last raise was for 300k basically to satisfy the publishing of the latest interim figures!!! The previous raise 1.3M was all used re the latest deal with ChemX, therefore they will need cash soon. As I said the other day I hope the sp is at least double digits otherwise the confetti to be issued will be huge?

I still.believe the huge plus point here is either Ghana or Aus!!! Both of those will certainly increase the dp far more than this Lithium nonsense!

As you know I'm firmly against battery vehicles. They're not the future they're old tech and mostly not fit forbpurpose or affordable for most folk.

You have heard that companies require a cash balance to trade from! Or need funding every so often to provide "working capital"

Both Clon and ChemX will need working capital from somewhere long before revenue appears? That I can guarantee.

I'm not a trader as such. I like to think I spot early opportunities and buy a substantial holding at the lows or near them, then I take profits as any sane person would do.

Let's say there is a spike on positive updates and the sp went on a run to say, 1p. Valuing Clon at circa 50M!

I guarantee after it hit a high, say 1p, it would drift, then there would be dilution from funding, the interest would wane and hey presto the sp would be back to say .30 _ .40!!

I've seen it multiple times especially on AIM!

Be careful of not being left Holding the baby" here so to speak!!!

Your missing the point. To grow you need cash!!! Lots of it, where would say 10M would come from at the minute?

I agree Clon can and does raise cash easily, albeit small amounts.

My view is that if this were to reach 1p most large holders would be long gone, why wouldn't you? You have made a good wedge and as the old saying goes, move on to leave a little for the next wave of investors!

I see the uplift the other day is now dripping back down. Another false dawn!!!

I have to say it is about time there was an update here now, this has been dragging on for months with no progress.

Now I've got up from the floor rolling around laughing indeed in tears at one point, let us look at some reality!!!

ChemX was struggling to raise 2.5M dollars the last time I checked. The deadline initially for that raise was the end of September. We have seen or heard nothing relating to this? Someone posted that this had been extended? Which logically means its tough to raise these funds!!! Does ot not!!!!

Keep em coming though!! Beats TV at the minute!
