What other platforms?

As far as I know Clon is only traded on one platform some other aim shares are also traded on the alternate platform but not Clon.

Please post the links to the platforms you refer to as I would be most interested to see?

Not the news we were hoping for, nonetheless another step in the right direction, but, nobody appears to be interested!! which is a little worrying?

Hopefully once the main news drops the market will sit up and take note and investors will start investing in bzt?

I wonder how long this licence approval will take, I cant remember when the application was submitted but it was an awful long time ago.

Disappointing reaction from the market following a positive update.

We may see a gradual rise into April with further news due.

Some further good news, loan repayment extended, although I suspect this will eventually be converted should the sharecprice achieve the targets set!!

Reference ti the licence, again, yet another teaser but we still await confirmation.

Agreed, all positive and does look as if we could be up and running early 2025.

Licence appears to be a formality from what was said so I assume that should drop by the end of May at the very latest.

Once that is secured the newsflow on Hope will be regular I would assume, hopefully we will then see a gradual rise in our sp leading up to production.

The key to it all will be how the financing is structured and what element of income we achieve at the outset?

I'm prepared to wait now and see how this runs, let's let the story unfold and see where we are this time next year.

I have been in correspondence with the company over the past months and to be fair I have always received a prompt response which usually is a good sign!

We do need some urgent positive news here to shift the sp which is on the floor.

Good to see you back on the board also, I was beginning to think you had given up!!!

You are probably correct but until we know for sure then a mining operation is where this is headed.

The licence is now imperative as will be the finance package put in place if one can be!!!

I emphasised to the Company last week that news had been non existant here over the past months and I have persisted in calling for quarterly updates on Mankayan!!!

Anyone selling here is obviously desperate for cash so we have to hang in on there for the end gamewhether it is at Hope or Manksyan.

The other assets are irrelevant currently imo, unless someone wants to purchase Eureka from us?

So, I will sit tight for 2024 and hopefully be able to get out at a higher price than where we currently sit?

I have had a serious conversation regarding updates or lack of them here, with the company.

Apparently the lack of updates in respect of Mankayan was because the Nomad thought speculative commentary on Mankayan would create a "false market" whatever that may mean!!!

I pointed out that if anyone had created " false markets" here it was solely the Directors through lack of updates and total inaction.

I have been assured my comments in respect of Mankayan in particular will be passed onto to the board and I have specifically asked for quarterly updates on Mankayan to see what is actually happening, if anything! I pointed out that the only time we hear anything is when we are required to fund the project. Soon at the rate of dilution with said funding we will be left with next to nothing?

Let's see what happens.

Meanwhile the licence saga goes on at Hope!!!

correct, placees or finance backers do not lose money? i guarantee that. its the poor pi who loses money ie you and i?

clon has a decent backing if and when it requires funding and is usually forthcoming from its australian backers.

we need a period of updates here not just a "one_off" overview and then nothing for months. the sp is on its **** and the slightest bit of decent news will see it back into double digits.

The last placement shares were at 0.08p therefore I doubt whether any placees would be offloading at a near 50% loss unless they are completely bereft of any intelligence??

I thought today's news although vague, was relevant enough for a rise back into the .05's at least as it does actually indicate the game is still very much on.

Hopefully this is the start of a rich news period as we have suffered radio silence for months on end.

I received that nonsense in response to my first email before Christmas.

I've since sent further emails primarily in respect of Mankayan. The company denies any work is ongoing currently regarding infrastructure etc Mereley a little planting and road work????

The one-point I am unhappy about is they refer to AIM rules preventing them presenting commentary on Mankayan as the Nomad is concerned itcwill create a false market????

I nearly fell off my chair over this bull. The Directors have proceeded to crash the share price over the past 18 months thus creating a false market!!! The value of the company is now Nil or its value is more or less based on a cash shell!!! at best..

The mentioning of AIM regulation preventing the Directors updating the shareholders quarterly of action or inaction in respect of one of our major assets is quite frankly laughable at best or attemtingvto treat shareholders as if they are stupid!!

I'm continuing with this theme currently on email until I receive a satisfactory reason we as shareholders are not entitled to updates on our asset. It certainly has nothing at all to do with "false markets" whatever they may be that I'm certain of.

I had an email exchange with Mike Allardice mid December about those exact thoughts. He basically parroted the recent RNS updates previous to my contact which was fair comment as he cannot give out information not in the public domsin. I wanted to know and still wamt to know why we can't have quarterly updates on Mankayan!!! No satisfactory answer was forthcoming!!!! I gave up eventually. I did get a response though.

This is now getting rather tedious, maybe it's time to ask the shareholder group to start compiling a list of questions for CB and make contact again with him to see what the hell is going on.

jesus wept we have some eejits on here as we do on most boards i'm afraid to say.

talking about rampers, oversold, overbought, when the share price is on its **** is quite frankly the height of idiocy.

look, the share price here is not moving. there is no volume, it, falls or rises on piddly amounts of trading!!!

once we get news, god knows when that may be, then we will see a huge rise or drop. Ŵe will also see volume kick in and then this will determine where this ends up.

news here has been **** poor for months on end and therefore the company needs to get its **** into gear sharpish and issue updates.

I could fire off 20 similar outfits to bzt without blinking. Thankfully I am now only invested in 2 such companies so lesson's have been learned so to speak.

So basically we have raised 800k recently by issuing billions of shares for what?

No follow up RNS to indicate things are moving apace? The usual pattern? I presume they have now left for Christmas so nothing until 2024 now.

I fired an email off to the Company today for an update on our various projects.

Apart from decimating the share price and raising yet more cash we have achieved Zero during 2023.

Come on, if you are a serious investor or trader for that matter you know as well as I, individuals do not pop up to buy AIM listed outfits!! Jesus there are hundreds akin to bzt!

Firstly they have to build a stake, once they have a controlling interest then they can move a motion to change the board and either take over or introduce their own choices. Even then it has to be put to the shareholders for them to consider the proposal.

Now bzt is controlled by Bird and I believe the Sanderson family who loaned the cash last year?

A competitor may make a move if they consider the project or assets are worth investing in or just want to swallow up a similar company.

Neither will happen here although it is only valued at 2m. I can bet the house, any sort of an offer for bzt and the sp would be double digits in a flash.

Bird needs to get his actvyogether here and pretty quick, but, he has bought more time with a good raise.

I believe the cost to get a mine up and running would be circa 5M as Bird would utilise his other companies for certain aspect of the project, this was mentioned in a call by the shareholder group sometime ago.
