The sp is nothing whatsoever to do with the licence, its all to do with delays, as you know if your a keen follower of aim, delays always spell big falls in the sp no one cares about a licence at the minute I assure you!
But you carry on with your theory, to b honest though no one is slightly interested.

You may be correct but the market currently thinks no news for the foreseeable?
I personally think September onwards will be the catalyst for the newsflow, I also predict the news will be Company making and the sp will reflect this.
In the meanwhile we will have to make do with being entertained by the knowledge? Aka Mitch me old mucker
He never did reply to my query in respect of his complaint??
Perhaps he didn't complain he made it all up!?
If not perhaps he may enlighten us? Instead of rambling on about his so forecasts?
To be honest I'm surprised those forecasts are so high, wrong button on the old adder upper ?

When in the 20's prior, the company was nowhere near where it is today in respect of the project, currently we are in a quiet period and I agree no positive news between now and September, or so we believe, however I don't believe the sp will sink that low.

A very good update and I fully agree with the content.
The important point is indeed financing the project and how much Infa is left with, dependant of course on their negotiating skills. Remember Infa are dealing with the big boy's here and the big boy's tend to dictate the terms and timelines, also banks may be involved!
The rest of the noise is just that, noise, all are issues that will be sorted including the new Chairman. The fact that some here keep referring to the so called protesters is in my opinion to cause doubt! these projects always attract protestors no matter where they are, my advice is ignore.

Unfortunately for the LTH I'm one, I can't see much news now before the end of August. Listening to JW that's how it sounded, EU grant should be forthcoming September time, new Chairman also, I suspect finance news would follow?
As far as I can remember JW still insists FID will be made year end?
So its a matter of waiting for a couple of months until the real newsflow begins. The downside is the sp will slip further, the upside is it won't take much of a sniff of positive news to reverse the trend and for it to go back up.
JW sounded bullish to me in the latest interview, therefore you have to be patient and await the turnaround.
By the way a few eco warriors won't stop the project and with a new prime minister in No 10 and the old useless administration out today, I think the British government may be a lot more favourable to these types of projects, that's assuming they are there long enough?
So a bit more optimism please, I am underwater here as well never though I would be but hey, you take the rough with the smooth, and knowing as I do how long these projects take to organise I'm not at all surprised.

Yes another brilliant article, news starting to ramp up now, won't be long before sp reacts in my opinion. The sp should not be down here thats for sure, I think it is because of the long delays this year over one thing or the other, once everything gets finalised and news starts trickling out, watch for the reverse in fortunes here. In the meantime an ideal time to add if you can.

Where ya bin old son, I would like to say we have all missed ya, but we ain't!!!
Now an interestly analagy there me old son, you say we can all wave goodbye to our 5 figure pension pots as in your most humble opinion Infa will never get this off the ground, then you say, and I quote,
"Watch out for my humongous order when the price drops sub 0.35"
Why on earth woul you buy these at even 0.0001p if as you state, and I quote,
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs aren't going to give "INFA" the renewed "mineral & marine" licence in a hurry. In my most humble of opinions - INFA will be lucky to recieve such notification any time soon if at all this year.

Making "INFA" extremely over valued "again - in my most humble of opinions" valued at just a tad over £7m for a few plots of land, on land and loch with no go ahead permission to operate and a hoard of protesters banging at their door.
So to sum up, in your humble opinion, this is a dead duck, quack quack, but you are still looking for a, what was it, a humongous order when the price drops to 0.35p!!! Eh run that past me again, I'm lost Mitch me old mucker!!!

I'm not so sure they were both sells, could be roll overs, why would the mm's pay an increased amount for the second tranche? don't read too much into reported trades is my advice, you can never be sure whether they are correcly reported!!

Some good points there.
I agree to a certain extent, the small numbers running the ship need to get the main project to fruition before reaching for new projects. However JW did address this, when he said, it was the offtaker who requested that Inca pursued this possible project and to be honest I don't think it will take up too much time at the minute, its in very early stages.
Yes agreed the sp has fairly nosedived this year, it was possibly pumped up to 2p but it should be much higher than today's paltry sum which in all honesty doesn't even reflect the current value of the asset. That's not unusual however Ive seen it many times, there are too many sellers around at the minute, not enough buyers, simple economics I'm afraid
The Chairman also concerned me, again though JW addressed this yesterday saying an appointment will be made in the Autumn, therefore I will take his word at this particular time.
The market is subdued at the minute, too many questions and not enough answers, this I'm afraid is the usual course for projects such as these, I'm confident that later this year we will see a dramatic turnaround here, just a matter of being patient and sticking around.

Yes I think many are cheesded off here at the moment, after such a fantastic end to 2018 and initial start to 2019 things appear to have gone from bad to worse.
I think JW got things wrong, by that I mean he misinterpreted the timescales involved here in particular regarding the financing arrangements. If you remember around December 2018 it was inferred that financing was well advanced, then we had the news of additional parties being interested! this was good news and everyone thought so at the time, the more interested parties the better deal for Infa.
However these apparent negotiations have dragged on so long that investors have lost patience and interest, yes we have had news of the offtake, but we need the finance part of the equation being settled. I can't believe such things as licences have anything to do with the hold up! surely anyone involved in these negotiations are aware of those issues, if they are indeed an issue?
The initial finance deal can be settled and announced "subject to" any issues arising? That will then let investors know of what proportions Infa will retain, what management fees they will receive to manage the project, and ultimately what valuation can be placed on the Company.
The sp today reflects no valuation whatsoever for the project, therefore in my opinion we have much too look forward to and hopefully the sp will at least start to rise, and volume will appear.

I'm afraid like most things regarding the EU everything takes time? There's not much infa can do other than chase and wait.
I agree about yesterdays RNS although as certain posters point out this strategy has been mooted and Vitol also stated that they look forward to working with infa on further projects. Therefore it should come as no surprise when these potential projects are announced. On the face of it there will be little up front costs to infa apart from a piddle issue of some shares so there is not too much to be concerned about other than we don't have many bodies in situ here so lets not start spreading them too thin!!!
Also agree I think things will pick up once the broker has departed.

All of these buy's and the price doesn't move? under normal circumstances this would be flying if these were all actual buy's, unless there are large sells being worked in the background!
All usual aim shenanigans, once cleared then it should move up.

Well recent RNS’s would suggest otherwise, why on earth would you pursue a deal with Vitol for offtake purposes if you were throwing in the towel. Just think about it?
Meeting with Vitol, right are we signing the agreement here are the plans which you have studied ad infinitum this year, all the numbers stack up, everyone happy to release the news of the deal? Yes all agreed let’s sign and release the news!! Done
Oh hang on a minute, Vitol say, Is JW about to throw in the towel? Ah never mind still agree to the deal and sign up!! Oh and by the way also state that Vitol look forward to working with Infa on further projects going forward despite the fact JW is throwing in the towel?

I don’t think Mr Market liked this morning’s RNS!
The reaction to the sp makes you wonder if we are living in a parallel universe to the market, we have just signed an binding term sheet offtake agreement with Vitol, although has to be verified, we are in advanced discussions with equity and debt partners to facilitate the project and as we have been told, are in negotiations with a view of keeping a percentage of the project, and managing the project , we then state we are looking at further projects, and then announce that we have indeed found one, and the market doesn’t like it?
My view is that we need to focus all of our resources on Islandmagee at this stage; we have limited funds and a small management team? Surely the emphasis should be on Islandmagee at the minute and nothing else.
I agree that new projects is a sound course of action, but, at this stage, no, although I do agree that if opportunities arise then you have to take them, providing they are the correct decisions.
The sp is now getting beyond ridiculous, JW and the team need to address this situation urgently.

New shares admitted to AIM today therefore some dilution.
Normal course of events for AIM tiddlers following a fundraise, price slips despite alleged big buys!!!
Don't ask me to explain the mechanics of this as I don't know, all I know is that it is completely normal.
This should eventually rise big time once these shenanigans are out of the way, ideal time to buy ot top up as you getting them below the recent placing price of 0.15p.

That was well over a year ago....forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't this the same 1.6M that we are still waiting for....and if it is ...how about the rest of the 4,024,000 we were promised?.........are we no longer getting that ?.....surely we have done all we were tasked to do to receive it all?

It can't be the same 1.6 as it clearly states in that RNS that the first 1.6M has been received, holding in Escrow? and it also states UP TO 4,024,000 could be received! Therefore the 1.6M outstanding is a different chunk of funding still outstanding. The EU commission has been on holiday for the past few weeks, therefore work will be slow especially related to releasing funds. I agree we should have received this money now and JW needs to be clearer as why we are being kept waiting? hopefully he is also on the case daily to see where these funds are?

You make some good points Snowy and I think we can sense your frustrations, I think we all feel the same as this year has been very disappointing, so far, and that is the key point. The second half of 2019 could and should be transformational for Infa, remember there is so much good news to come, and it should in time.

3 years on and we are still in!! the country voted to leave with a democratic vote under the UK voting rules as they stand, never mind we have to consider the remainers views, did they ever take on board the leaver's views once in over 40 years of membership, not once, never, therefore lets hope we are out by 1 November this year, no more bottling, no more provaricating, just out, end of! Then perhaps the politicians can sort out the rest of the mess the Country is currently in, and maybe get something, anything right!!!!
