It gives us nice cash to accelerate our key work.

Time is of the essence. We could of scrambled by with not much cash behind us or grabbed this once in a lifetime opportunity to make a difference.

They have the cash.

There is no excuse whatsoever now for them not to deliver.

I am still standing behind Avacta.

But I do expect them to get a move on with the Antigen testing and keep the news flowing given these additional funds to accelerate things.

So do we take number of shares in circulation x the SP before todays RNS

Then add the shares in at the placing price and divide that by the additional shares at the discount to SP to come up with a new average per share value?

Where do we see the SP settling over the next few days?

It at least gives a base to the SP.

And we have to expect that positioning ourselves to go after a big market will require a decent level of investment too.

So I take the RNS as further re-emphasising our intent here. A lot of positives in that RNS too in terms of only a few Rapid testing players.

And the words that this can be "transformational" for Avacta.

So if we get further dips to around £1.20 I for one will be going in big.

We are now on the way to fighting one of the viruses that kills us as a society either directly or indirectly. This small step towards justice can help calm the protests.

The SP is heavily overdone.

We should be sitting around £1.80 to £1.90

If they want my shares then they can pay £5 for them.

The reality is these de-ramping locusts are too TIGHT to pay the cheap price of 1.35

They still want the shares cheaper. Then once they get them. The next thing is they will change their argument to it being a great time to buy.

Right now I have never changed my argument. I bought originally at 67p and I have bought at a lot higher prices too and today. As the trajectory as we approach the launch of the rapid test is upwards and a lot higher than the SP has hit so far.

As we know, the world is in crisis. Can you imagine we have global unrest in a global pandemic this is unheard of.

All the stocks are down today but Avacta is down TWICE as much as the other similar Covid19 stocks. I am monitoring on the same global situation, all with now news. THIS SP FALL IS OVERDONE. They must be having a field day on the Avacta SP?

I know I was as I have just quadroupled my SP holding.

What is likely to happen....and in this case there are factors outside our control as the focus has rightly shifted morally to the murder where charges for 4 rogue cops have not been brought.

The have a new lead prosecutor who I hope will arrest all 4 cops by Friday as things are only going to get worse. That leader of a certain country (I will not mention) may not like certain colour individuals....but one colour the narcistic pathetic excuse for a leader really likes is the colour of GREEN dollars. And it is the risk of the economy going down the toilet that will finally get them into action. This is hurting America right now and quite frankly it is hurting the world. The mental wellbeing, the physical wellbeing and the national safety. As this global pandemic is going to get out of control.

It is not just young protestors but all ages out there. The mantra for the pandemic has gone out the window. And I understand why.

The global outlook has shifted downwards. But our focus on getting the rapid Antigen testing solution as a company has not.

- No one has shut our offices or our partners offices. The staff are still working hard.
- We are still in race. But right now there are 2 races. The fight against injustice. And the fight against Covid19. Progress needs to be made on both.
- we have no vaccine
- The r rates is going up through the roof. In America it jumped doubled digit already....

Lets get these 4 cops arrested. Bring meaningful change and legislation. The first part can happen in days. The second part takes time but at least the first part can reduce the protests.

As a globe the US have lost 105,000 people to Covid19. 1...0.....5.....0.....0.....0.....people. This virus is war.

So where are we now...

1. You are in at a discount ahead of news if you are managing to get in at these levels
2. Previously without news this reached £2.15/2.20
3. With news I think this share can push £2.50/3 and possibly push on from there depending on the stream that follows.
4. Be very clear when news starts flowing this month it is not going to be one RNS, there will be a constant stream of good news around "2" collaboration partners and further big Pharma partnerships on the therapy and possible vaccine side too.
5. Commercialisation deals will be coming

Right now we have global crisis on two levels....a virus of racism and a global pandemic

Peoples rightful outrage has the unfortunate knock on effect of exaccerbating pandemic. That cannot be avoided as people need their voices heard. However, in the next few weeks when we see the rise in R from this - the infection rates are going to be woeful. Rapid testing will be even more important to close the hotspots back on track and help us all look for hope and light at the end of a terrible time. Man has made these crosses worse by slow and inhumane responses to help their fellow neighbour.

A certain country allowed international flights from Wuhan when closing Domestic flights. This is inhumane. This increased the spread.

Buying up all the PPE at bottom prices and not being open about human to human contact is inhumane. This increased the spread as that PPE then had to be sold back to the suffering countries at higher prices and that took time to distribute.

A disgusting murder was committed by those who are meant to protect. A human loving hopeful response by the leader would have helped reduce the level of protest. This increased the spread.

Right now, thank goodness we have more good people than bad. Those who help their neighbour in bad times. Those who are working for a vaccine. For a rapid testing solution.

If I had just put my shares in the bottom drawer for a few months till the tests start being produced and distributed, I be a lot more profitable than I currently am. I gave too many shares away in Avacta. So I am holding on with my current batch.

Hopefully when I next look at the SP it will be £2.50 to £3 but knowing my luck it will have hit a high of £5 when I see the current SP at £3 like NCYT! The good news is that NCYT went back up to £5 a further 2 times within 24 hours so hopefully Avacta does that and beyond! As most of us are hoping for double digit SP for Avacta!

The reality is that negaters have no premise here.

The knowledgeable posters are well aware we are in "wait for the next stream of news game" mode now.

Next strong news will put this share between £2.50 to £3. As we will be confirming we are a step next to producing and distributing a game changing test.

Those wanting to dip in and out risk the chance of this share getting away from them.

The support base has shown itself to be around £.70

But even if you are able to trade some sort of short term profit if you misjudge your timing and news comes out while you have sold you will have cost yourself a lot more than your short term gain.

Excellent post gmcc as I know a lot of people are getting impatient / excited too as news approaches.

I just called Avacta this morning myself. Apparently a lot of people beat me to it LOL. As I am told the CFO has been inundated with queries. So my question is who else has been emailing Avacta haha?

I have emailed my short question across before reading the next steps which was basically asking if we are still on track to get a progress update this week.
