Mcap = SP X shares in issue

So to work out the SP for any given Mcap, just divide that Mcap by the 1.14b shares in issue....

50m Mcap = SP of 4.34p

100m = 8.68p

etc etc

I would suspect that Prevail have had discussions about increasing their stake as and when certain milestones are hit. There may be other parties with similar expressions of interest. I'm sure if I recall correctly there was a mention on the conference call about this, suggesting talks with potential partners/investors were ongoing behind the scenes, subject to the process advancing as hoped. Ticktock motherzealots.
