Jackdaw, your holding is large, dont let it be skewed by the (relatively) few individuals who have larger ones. Having over 1mil shares puts your ownership of the company at around 0.1%

If everyone owned the same amount there'd only be approx 1000 people holding shares. That is a very small number of people in the grand scheme of things!

Was discussing with my hero at the weekend - is there a reason HEMO/Vlad can't just explain the recent events? I would expect any business to communicate to it's shareholders (and public) their decisions, particularly when the perception has been mostly negative.

IF there is a positive aspect to it (ie Vlad stating he had offers but wanted to continue without investment as he thinks these offers will increase considerably in the near future) then surely it would be advised to do so? I don't understand the choice ofradio silence

Vlad can be shady and it wouldn't surprise me if the placing was to allow him and his allies to get a bunch of shares at a low price, ahead of some big news. Maybe I'm being too hopeful. Maybe I'm being to cynical. Maybe both. Timing is just very odd

Yes you say the same thing day in day out MrI. Vlad has lost your trust, you have no patience, etc etc. An informed, constructive post which is led by less emotion would go down a treat rather than the constant panic and fearmongering which just keeps you in this weird cycle of anxiety and probably doesnt help the stock or prospective buyers in any way.
