I don't really want a full discussion here as I am very invested and would rather not have a page full of negativity....but at the same time feel it is fair that all thoughts are aired, constructively.

I fully expect the the motion will pass as there will be enough yes votes. My vote is more to demonstrate dissatisfaction amongst PI's. Even those voting yes are doing so reluctantly as it's been presented as an ultimatum 'vote yes or game over'. It's more that I want the management to recognise the frustration, in part due to them, than I want the no vote to prevail. Too emotional and cynical? Perhaps. Will I change my mind later this week? Perhaps.

Again, I don't want a negative rhetoric on here so happy to just leave it there :)

Probs worth reading the first sentence again dhub. Sad that unless you're super positive here, you have to add so many caveats that you don't have ulterior motives. I still have a sizeable holding and no plans to sell any time soon.

If the science is as sound as claimed, then once the first patient is injected and showing positive signs (or no negatives) then the SP should follow. If the claim that II's wont get near penny stocks were true, then most pharma companies might as well close up shop now, and there would be none that made it historically. If the science is good and the product is marketable , then why would a large investor shy away? The timing, when things were finally, after so many years, looking positive is abysmal.

To echo Hiki's post on another forum....

I don’t expect people to be openly talking about soundings and potential placings before the event, as that is market sensitive and against the law. However, I find it highly disingenuous that certain people loudly claim the idea of a placing is ridiculous (both last weeks and also previous placings as I recall), who then subsequently make claims they were actually aware all along, and who considered, or planned, to participate. No matter how good their intentions may be, this kind of behaviour results in a complete lack of trust toward such posters.
