New year , new start ? Or is it because they are expecting to be extremely busy at the end of March concentrating on customers orders and manufacturing and want to avoid having to deal with the problems of year end tasks such as stock taking.

Appointment of Alex Vergopoulos
Alex has a wealth of experience in the print and manufacturing industry and has worked closely with one of Pharm 2 Farm Ltd's ("P2F") production partners, who are using their proprietary technology to apply P2F's copper nano particles onto the breathable fabric that makes up the a-virion, or viricidal, layer. Alex's initial responsibility will be to oversee the production and sales of the P2F viricidal surgical masks.
Oh ok misunderstood, so producing surgical and FFP2 for P2F so not coming onboard as in a joint venture. Thanks for replying.
Jarv - Did I miss something in the RNSs? Volz confirmed they will be coming onboard ? If so that’s really good news - I thought that they were still in discussion stage regarding production of Volz’s own brand masks.
Robbo13 - see attached , do the math - value is in getting the licensing and selling the membrane
https://www.alphasolway.com/alpha-solway-to-manufacture-£53-million-vital-ppe-order-for-nhs-scotland
From August 2020
Leading safety specialist Arco has won a £53 million contract to supply NHS Scotland with 240 million items of personal protective equipment.
The Hull-headquartered business will supply 232 million surgical masks, six million respirator masks and a further two million visors in a year-long partnership.
Forget the masks ! If the technology is as good as it says on the tin why are we not talking about sales of the patented filter layer, haven't seen this mentioned too much. If this is the gold standard why are UK mask manufacturers and global pharma not clamouring for some of the action, factories with mask production lines are already set up , clean rooms , a labour force , certification in place its just a matter of changing one of the feeder reels to use a different layer in the production line.
Yes the P2F machine will provide some interim revenue , but it will also be used as a tool for further development.
So again why are UK mask manufacturers and global pharma not clamouring for some of the action - perhaps they are !

Under these plans, the Company would invest in P2F to build its capability in specialist nano materials and coatings alongside a wholesale marketing operation with the eventual manufacturing of end products incorporating these specialist materials primarily being outsourced. This would enable P2F to focus on developing a broader range of nano products to be commercialised along these lines.
i.e. concentrate on what you are good at and let someone else do the manufacturing
JP - they can’t answer in his behalf as they no longer represent him - so who are they representing whilst driving this forward ?
Something seems a bit off here

You have no idea how takeover concert parties work. They don't prevent you from voting at a GM, especially as Braveheart no longer has an shares. But I don't act for Gareth anymore so I can't answer your question on how he will vote.
Have I missed something here ? I thought Egremont were driving this on behalf of GC
Just read a tweet from JH on the 1st Feb - replying to someone -
But I don't act for Gareth anymore so I can't answer your question on how he will vote.
I had an email from egremont on the 2nd asking me to join a RMS supporters telegram group , if GC is not involved then
What’s in it now for egremont and why are they pushing it ? any ideas ?
JP - did Johnathan Hall ever get back to you regarding GC’s intentions ? -
JP - did Johnathan Hall ever get back to you regarding GC’s intentions ?
Has anyone investigated the consequences of voting down the warrants and the rights of the placees ? The RNS states that the issue of the warrants is subject to confirmation at the GM , should the warrants be voted down would the placees have a legal recourse to take a group action against the company ?
Groundhog Day again - goodnight all
There are two new directors and a new chairman, TB has confirmed he is stepping down from his role as ned after a transition period and as far as I am aware JR does not hold any shares in the company , would it not be best to wait until after the outcome of the GM and what information is then forthcoming about the points you have raised , before whipping up another frenzy and probably animosity on here ? Just my opinion
Agree that it is likely there will be some compensation, although the RNS did say that the warrants were subject to approval at the GM - I did have a trawl through old RNSs and found that the company as StarAero did avoid a court case and compensated a previous holder - how did they compensate - guess what they issued new shares ! Let's hope those days are long gone
