Manifesto - are you sure new bod members have no shares ?
In the July 10 RNS when JR was appointed the RNS specifically stated "John, aged 60, has no direct or indirect interest in the Company's ordinary shares." on the two recent RNS appointing the three new bod members statements to this effect were omitted , also if they had purchased shares prior to their appointments they would not have to be declared under director dealing clauses.

Totally agree, but it would be nice to get some sort of message of support or encouragement from GC directly or indirectly as he has the most to gain from the action being taken

Outcome of GM will be carried on votes one way or the other - BOD can already gauge the opinion as egremont have already published the support figures on twitter and I'm sure they will update again.

Parsley - it's a bit of anonymous "fun" for the holders on here, I don't take the figures too seriously but a lot of the holders are interested , however if you responded to egremont you had to give them your name , address and shareholding , I didn't as I'd never heard of them before and was not too sure of their intentions - please don't tell me that you actually gave them your details - happy to give my shares and vote on here though and the real figures will be published after the GM

Kainos - can find that Volz produce the melt blown layer but only references to a couple of un-named "commercial printers" - so I believe it is fairly straightforward operation to get the nano ink onto the fabric.

Kainos, from what I can recall from the interviews Volz supply the filter material but not sure where the nano ink is applied to it , I seem to recall that P2F owned or had access to a machine that did this at 100mtr per minute - I’ll update if I can

Agree, but GM first then see where the company is heading before embarking on this

Truthfactory - I see what your getting at now , looks like it's not going to go down well with placees as they put their trust in the BOD and the Nomad to deliver on their financial promises , guess I can understand why they would be upset as that's exactly what happened to a lot of us on here !

£5m placing yes - great , also the placees got in cheap and could have sold at a profit prior to the last drop - however Its the warrant issue that's upsetting everybody and they can be voted down - just wanted to point out that they are not irrelevant at 2p and the placees have a lot to gain at others people's expense if they are issued - would you want to see the ordinary pi on here lose out to the privelidged placees ?

The RNS clearly stated that issuing the warrants was dependent upon obtaining authorisation to issue at the GM so the placees should have been aware that there was a possibility of the warrants not happening

Truthfactory - warrants will not be futile or irrelevant even if share price drops further - as someone pointed out earlier if they are issued the owners of the warrants will then have three months from the date of the GM to either buy shares at 2p or decline - it's a win win for them if they are issued they have nothing to lose and if the price rises significantly at any time in the following three months they can elect to buy at 2p , re sell at a profit and also dilute everyone else's holdings

Are we expecting too much too soon from P2F ?
If Volz with all of the assets at their disposal cannot begin production much before the end of March should we be giving P2F a bit of leeway here ?
Must admit though I do keep trying to find positive excuses to try to assure myself I haven't invested in a dud - here's hoping !

Assuming that commissioning proceeds as expected, the Company is working towards producing between 0.3m and 0.5m masks before the end of January; before scaling up production to commercial levels in February and March. Discussions are also continuing with Volz Group, which needs to conclude its own certification process, for it to manufacture both a surgical mask and FFP2 masks, although production is not expected to commence much before the end of the first quarter.

Hammy, placees bought shares on the understanding that the warrants being issued were subject to approval at a GM so as they were aware of this no compensation or recourse would be due , this is just my opinion from reading the RNS

Warrants will be issued to placees pursuant to the Placing and subject to approval of the necessary authorities at the Company General Meeting ("GM") which will be scheduled for January 2021 (details of which are to be announced).
