I perceive that the goal here is a 'partnership' where Chariot aren't minor participants. To give LB the benefit of the doubt for once, this is what may actually be the sticking point in negotiations. If Prospect S truly is as promising a prospect as Larry believes it to be, why would he only want 10-15% after all the works been done? That's the ONLY time I'll give Our Useless One, the benefit of the doubt...I think I need to lie down!!!

Larry wants to retain operatorship so we'll not see such a low stake as 10-15% unless that changes. I think even a dullard nincompoop like Bottomley couldn't give away a 50% stake in the whole project, just for a free carry. That would be the limits to anyone's incompetence.

...Henry. The investment plan is and has always been flawed. Even four years ago there were opportunities to attach ourselves to a few cash generating projects. We weren't to be producers, more investors in producers. So a bit of advice, try not to be clever, it doesn't become you.

The vanity of Larrys appproach seems more and more moronic, the more I think about it. All the hefty cash that has dripped through Chariots fingers would quite easily have been put towards a producing asset, when oil was low. But oh no, not Larry. We're an exploration company that spunks millions on long shot gambits.

Weapon, I've lost count over the years of how many large holding pi's have contacted the company and been largely ignored. Not even an acknowledgement of the contact... Now, you just happened to pick up the phone and speak to someone of influence? What a load of shite!

Straight cash deal, 15m for 30%. Retain operatorship and 35%. Anything less favourable than that and Larry has phuked it up again. I'd even give up operatorship for a full free carry as long as we still retained 25-30%. Can't see that happening though. I would like to see something more progressive and interesting agreed. Maybe a post result cash raise agreed pre-drill. So perhaps 15m at 10p in the event of a duster However, in the event of a discovery, the investors get 25% for the same price. This at least protects the investment company from losing their shirt if the drill is unsuccessful as they would receive shares at 10p and also protects Chariot.

Lol...I think p&d groups want more than a 5 or 6% return (net of spread and broker fee reductions). This is more like readers of a share publication buying on a recommendation.

Saying all that, I still want Chariot to be a success. However, that will come in spite of Larry, not because of him. I just want Goon and Growl to be rich... :)

Lol...no, he would still be calamitous. As I've already stated, my opinion of him is based on experience of being in Chariot four years. The missed deadlines, the altered timelines, information not released publicly and finding out sensitive information by deduction, poor negotiations on farm-outs, no farm-outs, bonuses twice a year for failure, running a company with no income with $4m a year overheads, etc etc...and his geological expertise is seriously coming under scrutiny now. So, nothing to do with dusters!

Either people have short memories or they haven't done their research on Larry as well as they should have. Larry was/is an atrocious CEO a long time prior to the last fund raise. That stunt was just the cherry on top of a cake, made up of poor decisions.
