RE: What the f....30 May 2018 14:19
My interest, is interest. I'm interested in what the Bod and LB are going to do next. If they screw up again, that'll hit the sp and the value of whether to re-invest at another point in the future. If they do something stupendously brilliant, that will affect whether I jump on board for any rise. I don't particularly subscribe to the idea that you can only comment on a company if you're invested only at that particular moment in time. How does that even promote sensible dialogue? I do find the whole concept of dismissing views based on their holding or lack of it, quite perplexing. Had I never invested but my views were positive, I'm sure they would be welcomed with open arms. Also, if I owned millions of shares, I'd be spoken about with reverence, just like Wheepo. However, because at this point, I'm largely negative about the company's bod's and the running of Chariot, my view is classed as irrelevant, as I've sold up. Even though the actions of the bod's has affected my investment. Just because my investment strategy is different to someone who supposedly sees a positive in being 'loyal', does not make my opinion less or more valid than theirs. What I would say is Aim is littered with Shell Companies that have fleeced those loyal investors who stayed too long. So, that's my interest. :)
