Haywain, why wouldn’t Hemo have to go back to the FDA to extend trials to include KMT2A-r ALL?

If nothing else, Hemo’s first three patients haven’t shown ANY dose limiting toxicity, so it’s definitely not Hemo’s trial. What it does do however is highlight the real desperate need for HG-CT1 to be the real deal and the trials to be a success.

The cruel irony as well, it’s Tatiana Schlossberg’s own cousin that’s slashed the U.S cancer research budget by billions.

* ‘no dose limiting toxicity’

It wasn’t too long ago that Alldimbrain, Notposting et al were dancing on a pin head, arguing about the definition of ‘dose limiting toxicity’. Are they now accepting this outcome of HG-CT1 so far, as fact?

There’s two end points. Well, three actually;

1. Hemo attracts a partner or buyer from big Pharma - Potentially $Billions.

2. Hemo goes it alone - Potentially $Billions.

3. Hemo crumples into abject failure.

None of those outcomes rely on Vlad being a great business man. They rely on him being a great scientist and proving his product candidates work. He knows the value of a best in class, ground breaking, patented CAR-T treatment for R/R AML. That’s all that matters. He’s not responsible for the volatility of the share price, because of impatient or nervy share holders.

Anyway, my investment is up 350% this year, so he’s doing something right.

You did choose well, yer plumb. It’s nobody else’s fault you lack patience and thought a company in early stage clinical trials wouldn’t experience share price turbulence.

If you still believe this is a potential £1bn-£2bn company, then you should have no issues. If you bought hoping to ride a smooth rise to £100 a share, then no wonder you’re moaning like a sissy.

Digitt getting it wrong

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals will present an abstract at the 67th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting in Orlando, Florida, from December 6-9, 2025.

Not sure of the definition of ‘Abstract’ is in this context but I’m guessing an overview rather than a full presentation.

Probably a fund raise on the cards.
