‘the intelligent listen to the intelligent, that’s what makes them intelligent’. …so, i suspected you just make **** up, but in deference to your overtly suspicious claim of high intellect, i decided to google your saying. imagine my surprise that it turns out, you really do just make **** up.
I’ve just found out that a company can do an equity placing but then defer admission until such a date that they would no longer have to create a prospectus. Not saying it would happen here but saying they couldn’t appears to be the wrong information.
even on ind approval, i think the sp will be subdued. possibly, it may get to 4p-5p. the one thing and only thing that will kick this on, is funding. i’m usually invested in miners, explorers , o&g stocks. many times, i’ve seen share prices go up on drilling and then drop on discovery confirmation. it’s full blown crackers. yet, there’s method to the madness. what’s the point of a billion dollar discovery, if you have zero money to get it out the ground. or in hemo’s case, start trials. until existing or new investors know whether or not they’re going to get diluted to near oblivion, (and vlad has form for that ****) then they’re rightly going to keep their powder dry.
if you want to blame anyone or anything, blame lies firmly at vlad’s door. as a humble private investor, he’s not the worst ceo i’ve ever had the displeasure of knowing, but by christ, he certainly pushes the lid on the reliability envelope.

I would think it’s more to do with an sp rise feeding a fomo. The last RNS stated they didn’t know when an ESIA committee meeting could or would be held and they were cutting developments to maintain cash position. How that materialises as a near 30% rise over two days is bonkers. However, just as a sitting asset, I value khemisset at about £50-75m. So, even if the permit fails and through skullduggery the license is sold to a more ‘Morocconey’ firm, that’s 4.5-6.8p per share. AIMOO
