That is true Davie. The caveat to that is the third patient. They were treated with the half dose and experienced full retreat of the disease with no blasts found ‘from standard testing’ after only a month. It would be fantastic to have confirmation that they’re still going strong.

So phase 1 study is 36 patients, 18 adult and 18 kids. I believed it was 18 total. Huh!

It’s a good job the transfer to Made happened as we’d still be in phase 1 come 2035.

BBB1…I’m not sure that’s right. HG-CT1’s target IS to be a cure that would eliminate the need for Stem Cell or Bone Marrow transplantation. If it’s merely to be used as a stepping stone to further treatment, then I’ve totally misunderstood the whole thing. Further treatment may be needed after the administering of HG-CT1 but I’m sure that’s not the clinical goal.

Pumpkin 🎃 That would exceed the parameters of the clinical trial, unfortunately. However, should HG-CT1 get licensed, I’m led to believe that because of their being no toxicity limiting side effects, there may be the option of HG-CT1 being administered as a second or even first line treatment and perhaps multiple times. That may be something to require further testing post-licensing.

The caveat to this is I can’t remember where I read that or whether I’m getting CAR-T articles mixed up. I’m sure Haywain knows.

my beef isn’t with the treatment. i’m with hemo until rich or bust. but the communication by hemo and vlad is bordering on contempt of investors.

If the first two of the three patients have died, then Hemo are going to want to fill out the trial data with patients who have had a full dose of HG-CT1, and hopefully therefore, patients with C.R. Otherwise, releasing ‘two out of three have died’ would result in an overly pessimistic response from the market, even though the first stage was primarily just for safety checks.

Mickey, go phuck yourself pal. I’ve been invested here longer than you yer big meff! Besides, I’ve only commented on the share price and the recent intensive sell off. History has shown that’s a sign of someone/many dumping at a higher price to take part in a fund raise at a lower price. That’s not talking Hemo down, that’s historical fact. The other two issues I have is the delay (and there is a delay) in the completion of the Made transfer and the lack of communication from Hemo. Again, not opinion, fact.
