As much as today’s raise doesn’t bother me, posters like Check Ricky should be investigated, alongside the Trolls. To get to £40 a share would take a monumental RNS, akin to a Big P JV or a buyout. In which case, it will storm £40-£70 without even a blink. Unfortunately, I don’t think VC funding will do that. Okay, it’s still funding, we keep everything in house, and there will be a positive effect on the S.P, but having Big P verification and the safety of their deep pockets, would be enormous.

A deal with a VC is definitely the worst of all options. Why any private investor would think that more preferable to a JV or a sale with a BP is beyond crazy.
