Heron-1 production looks set for Q2 2025, we probably see 2 failed drills in the upcoming months, target 1.8-2p, the permit situation has changed the situation here, if they get it beforehand then game on but with 2 drills incoming, not looking good here, looks like the coookhandler83 and his sidekick about get bagged again.

I agree with legalwolf, will wait for drill results and then take next decision, heron-1 looks unlikely to be set for production before then, I suspect i will be able to get in 2p and lower. All time lows of 1.8p.

Mongolia have to import the vast majority of their oil requirements, the chance of them not approving the final production paperwork is about zero……they are not going to shoot themselves in the foot!

With the Chinese, business is business and they will also support the government requirements 100%….thats how the game works.

Genuinely if you’re worried it’s a leak doc83, sell and move on.

People or big players, market makers and etc who trade these equities and stuff usually have leverage and when they get hit they have to cover it by selling other things. So you see sell off in stocks and taps switch off everywhere else.

Came back to the markets after 2 years, only stock I have bought is MATD, after doing DD, I have gone relatively heavily with 5.3M shares, what is disappointing is seeing some pathetic posts in here, the post history tells the story, can’t believe they are some comparing to COPL, spreading FUD for a cheaper entry! The weak ones will sell, the clued on ones will buy more, just remember, trading is a solo game. Agenda driven.

PetroChina has provided spare oil storage tanks at nominal cost which are now being integrity tested and which will complete the production site configuration

Heron 2 ‼️‼️

The contract for the drilling of two wells in the Block XX Exploitation License area has been agreed with PetroChina's drilling subsidiary DQE Drilling and approved by MRPAM.

the rig to drill Heron-2 is expected to start mobilisation by the end of August with spud anticipated in mid-September.

Heron-2 will be drilled to a total depth of c.2,900m and the anticipated timing will allow for a full evaluation of the well results, flow testing and completion within the current operational window.

The team is now working at pace to spud Heron-2 in mid-September

Gobi bear 1 ‼️‼️

The smaller rig for Gobi Bear-1 well is expected to mobilise by mid-September and spud before month's end.

The planned total depth of 1,800m should be reached in good time to allow for logging and, if merited, testing before the normal winter operational shutdown in late November.
