1. Is it being highly manipulated though extreme negativity and orchestrated pessimism etc? Ref: Croda numbers, Broker note and so on

2. Are they actually being as positive as can be, and so it is really 10 times worse than most think?

What if it is misinforming people of value? And only the currently informed are getting a future buyout SP cheap and flat, leaving others behind? That would be highly manipulative without formal correction

Not every reason must be bearish. But the intent of even something bullish, drives pessimism even further

If it cant be rectified today due to whatever stupid reasons given, ok. Then at least RNS to market that it is full of inconsistencies, possibly due to the NOMAD also not bothered to check details? Or not informed of inconsistencies? , and a correction is incoming in the near future. Imo, it is important to keep market updated instantly on sensitive issues.

Of course, this is based on comments below that the CEO has basically said it is misinforming participants. Again, that needs checking as I did not hear it, due to only monitoring regulatory channels only

A broker note is highly market sensitive. Given the note is out there even if not intended to be, and the CEO has admitted to inaccuracies (I cant confirm that as not hear/see that directly), then an RNS is due today. latest

Could be a bit more respectful of pessimistic holders given the past and current situ. It's ok to abuse bears. They would think something wrong if not vilified/defamed/abused. But a position same as yours? A bit of decorum would be apt.

He will buy when instructed to. Normally that's when liquidity is very shallow. A historic fact on little caps you can all check re liquidity ratio averages on director deals

Wouldn't worry about director deals. It's a historic range for those buys and sells. Why I wouldn't give one or two any weight really.

Clio, constant raises and reported losses has no good moves in it. You could argue that in year 1 for most CEOs, but certainly not year circa 6.
