Sight of sales in Croda, is in Croda Q1 report (Q2 to still follow), and in fund questions and it's market SP response

I just wish they would put context to RNS's given what it relates to was not an RNS. Example

This is why an RNS system exists. Albeit if June 30th RNS is anything to go by 'as expected' (could mean anything) - might as well stick to phone calls lol

how do we all know the sales numbers are wrong? and if we do know, why offer a forecast and not a fact?

Lastly, how can a forecast contain errors? Surely it is just a forecast, and not a misprint of a script?

I think the broker needs to speak up because their reputation is getting battered all over the place now

I did not agree but for the sake of no argument, why would you not want to officially notify market? Surely the material error(s) (seemingly), is more important than finding reasons not to communicate it to market officially?

It is obviously been communicated everywhere else directly. I find this a bit concerning.

Pity they did not keep tabs on SBTX off regulatory channels.

I would not worry about croda dealers being misinformed by a broker-note here really. It's getting slaughtered based on projected future margins imo or/and concerns about volume to +/- pricing. Those outlooks have absolutely no relevance here at all really as they are most likely all dim and never checked out Zenakine

This must the longest tight range 'rel to price' (key) accumulation phase in history, re heading to 30 days. Actually only ever seen it in distribution before. That's not a signal of course. A mere observation.

Its a massive rerate to the downside for investors who were noting past broker prices. So if you bought 40-50p like most retail have, then it is annoying I assume

I only know him because we used to reside at a doorway there at the same time selling The No Issues . Met lots of kind people.

If unhappy with the note, why not approach others to offer a note? Even I could arrange that, and I don't know anyone at all.

I feel sorry for the note author. It's an absolute assault on his freedom of opinion (even if paid for note lol)

How far that did go? (if truly claimed by CEO)

Did he say they were on target? Better than hoped so far? Current numbers show they are 4 million below the note?

On what basis exactly? Just to confirm where your forecasts are coming from v the broker note.

And why can a broker note not challenge a company forecast? Which I'm not sure where that is exactly.
