Not seeing much Preferential pricing at the floor re 7-10p. But maybe that was just so the II's get minced thereafter. Not sure

Historically on AIM, when PI's are offered the same 'preferential price' as II's, it does not fare too well for a while.

That should be enough from maybe 10/12p back to 19/20, to sell into

Then down again - then news. I don't know what the news could be. Maybe something like

'I can definitely release Croda numbers next month'. Something like that. Or, 'Croda have a secret client'

Thing is, there really is no news of worth.

So how to create liquidity?

Well, director buy, or a set up holder announcement. Those things can help without having dream up more stories imo

Be the most likely path.

Think about it

1. Croda numbers coming

2. Spike

3. Fall back to 17p

4. Cash Raise 17p (spike makes it look like value)

5. No croda numbers coming.

6. We need a new broker again

So it's expecting a bit much to go through all that, have ATV alerts on the book, and just spring it from here, in market terms - literally straight away after the above (8-12 weeks)

It's at least got to look like it's all accidental so 10p would be about right for it

But you never know. Might be another shock announcement lol

Net, it all depends on a few things. example 1. Will there be more gerbils at 19p or 12p? 2. Have they got the neck to do spike news after the H1 comedy. There are a few other things but probably not relevant. Historically at least, an upside play is months away. Usually have to drop well below a cash raise price as well first.

If you ask me, I think a broker note forecasting a stock to near double with only massive YoY losses and big fibs to go on, was a great result

Even if Croda had good numbers in a few days, bar initial reaction, where is the visibility after that day? Shorters and sellers would be all over that liquidity . How could funds justify a hold on what cant really be at least 70% reliably forecasted?

Point is, they didn't really buy in to the regional/local stuff either. At least not to the degree of it offering confidence. And visibility is worse imo on non-established product markets obviously and so on.

However I did ask somebody to do a cheeky thing. Somebody that can. I asked them to see if they could find out why market new-entry products were not instilling confident backing. Will come back to that when can
