George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
…NAPS will go bust, but they will still move to the states under NM Inc without the burden of us as shareholders. Arguably, they may prefer that option
Hopefully “…best of luck” signals the end of your posts on this share. So, best of luck to you too!
“ Or do I listen to londondan shorting and ignore the confidence of one of the main shareholders, N&G...”
Absolutely not!
Ramping? Wowsers sweetheart lol
I know lofas - i try not to, but must try harder!
Dirty H:
1. Who is NM? The new company incorporated in Delaware (tax haven) in the States for the sole purpose of buying Rhapsody / T/a Napster
2. You mentioned we are voting for delisting and sale valuing shares at 1p. That means if I buy, I will be in inevitable profit? In theory yes, but only if we are able to dispose of our shares some day (through further buy out or a US listing eg NASDAQ) with a sp of at least £7.50
3. You mentioned £7.50 per share. I was confused between this and 1p per share as per point two.? Your 1p share in NAPS will be worth £7.50 in NM Inc (multiplied by 750), but your shares will be consolidated / divided by 750 to make the ratio of shares to value / cost the same. In other words, you will have fewer shares for the same value using a 750 multiplier.
4. Is there any way I can buy today and keep hold of my stock until listing in the USA? YES - see point 2 above
5. When is US listing expected to take place? In 18 months (could be longer than this but they also say this cannot be guaranteed)
...and to be clear, our consolidated shares will be with NM Inc, not left with the Napster Group PLC Shell (worth £Nil)
NP - it's the de-listing + associated sale (the price of which has already been agreed valuing our shares at 1p) that we are voting on
We are voting re "The proposed disposal of Rhapsody (a subsidiary of the Company containing almost all of the Group's assets and liabilities) to NM Inc for US$45.6 million." If passed then your shares will automatically be consolidated to £7.50 per share
No Dead - to do that they would have to offer to buy your shares
I have said or suggested no such thing! The only person giving direct trading advice on this BB is you. The man with Zero NAPS shares! I and no one else here) are so bold as to tell people to sell up, whilst slating the company as hard and readily as you do. Stop telling people what they should and shouldn’t be doing and mind your own shares! You sold at a loss at or around 2.6p - what were your previous names on this BB? Why have you had to change accounts so often?
Katstrangler - this was one of your interesting posts, particularly considering you now believe shares can be picked up so readily!!
There are no additional shares to buy!

The only way that'll happen is a transfer from one ii to another and, if there's some grand plan they're all aware of, why are they going to sell then to each other at 80% loss?
The only other way to accrue new shares is for a placing and, as already stated, at this level the price would be so small as to smash the company.
Only way to 'gain' new shares is to consolidate so there are 50% fewer shares in existence and then place again. But that trashes the value of all existing shares which, again, unless you're in the driving seat, makes no sense.
There is logic in saying it'll go private and the debts will be lost but how on earth are all these 'clued-up' ii's going to allow that to happen.
The gameplan, such as it is, is unfathomable to pi's as noone spends a year on redeveloping a company without any noise, allowing the sp to tank, unless you're either convinced it'll boom or you fancy the assets for yourself... or you've all just been hoodwinked
You are obsessed with this share aren’t you :-)
I’m sorry Mel but Napster’s lawyers would have been involved at all stages. I’m not entirely sure what is tantamount to ‘misrepresentation’ here. What ‘facts’ do you say have been misrepresented?
I would imagine they want everyone here to sell up (they just don't need us anymore, but they want this low sp and our shares). That MAY explain why they are giving us nothing pre de-listing. They want the nervy shareholders to stay that way and move on. The negative posts are just helping their cause IMO
Interesting question Aimigo
From the half year report end sept:
“…We expect the App to be available for preview by our partners next month [Oct]”
Yes you’ve said your piece, over and over and over again. You have no financial interest in this share (so you say) so your long rants are just desperate and creepy.
You appear to care more about this share than anyone else on this BB though. Not invested and won’t be investing again. Go figure. Relax and enjoy your Sunday watching Disney+
What’s the point spending millions marketing and promoting this thing whist being stuck with a low valuation and red tape from an AIM listing, with hundreds of whining private investors. That’s the msg I get from reading the RNS.
