On my reading, EME looks materially undervalued here and I think a £6m+ market cap should be the bare minimum if the market starts properly pricing the Mako-linked cash inflows and the fact the CLN has not been reset to these levels…

The timing of this RNS will have caught out a lot of rainbow chasers …

Actually a pretty encouraging RNS for me.

The 2.5p conversion price remains. It has not been reset anywhere near these current levels.

So at today’s price, the obvious fear of a cheap conversion and instant dumping falls away. Instead, we have bought some extra time, reduced the short term interest burden, and this likely confirms the CLN repayments will come from Mako divs.

Let’s see how the market reacts!

Most of the first 2 tranche payments (our 8.5% share) will go to clearing the Conrad cash call. Plus we will need to see how much of what’s left (circa $60k) will go towards the restructured CLN repayments.
