Dipped my toe in here today after researching it for the last few days.

What I like is that it still looks as though genuinely positive test results are not priced in yet. There is clearly some expectation in the share price, but not, in my view, based on the best case.

The £5m raise also gives this more credibility than a lot of the usual AIM punts. At least they have funded the test properly and, if the results come in strong, there looks to be room for a meaningful re-rate rather than just the usual short-lived spike.

Still very speculative, so sized accordingly. Let’s see what the testing brings. GLA

I’m back in after a long absence - this company always had potential. Now I think there’s a genuine upside from here. Just feels like a turning point.

Morning Golf - erm, who knows tbh. The only real value we have at the min is Mako, so there is an incentive for Conrad to want our piece of the pie. It’s neater for them and everyone involved. That said, if I was CEO I’d be looking to maximise value over the next 6 months, to ensure any party who is considering buying us has to account to for the value not created by Mako, and can cover the overhang. I can imagine they are working tirelessly looking for the next project or two as we all know news of that will likely double our m’cap over night. What do you think?

Tbh I’ve never been more relaxed about this share than I am now. Just a waiting game. There’s only one direction this sp can go now ⬆️

Yep - we should have 6 months of consolidation now, which is nice. I’m sure there will be a few surprises along the way - hopefully in the form of FID confirmation and news of new projects. Either way, like I said earlier - the future for the sp will not be down at these levels

The 30 Jan update said the wider deal required restructuring of the secured note with the lender, with the lender then to be paid preferentially from WNEL dividends. Today’s RNS looks like one of those pieces being put in place.

If that is right, then the next logical update is likely to be on SPV/WNEL completion / remaining approvals, because that is the obvious next step in getting the full structure over the line and unlocking the next stage of cash flow.
