Today’s RNS is a Non-Exec appointment. Experienced guy, governance and capital markets background, restructuring experience etc.

But no production numbers.

No sales update.

No cash position detail.

No forward guidance.

At £1.7m market cap the key issues are operational and financial, not board composition.

If things were improving materially, you’d expect that to be highlighted alongside the appointment.

Until we see hard numbers - revenue, margins, cash runway - this remains highly speculative.

Would prefer to see substance next time rather than structure.

Most of us make money here, and in other stocks - I rarely see others bragging about it though, just you! The issue is not you making money; it’s just you. I really do hope TXP does well as you have managed to coerce a few genuine investors I know well in to that dog - unfortunately for them the charts suggest it will not do well I’m afraid. Anyway, back to EME :-)

This has got to be 0.1p + as a baseline now surely. A positive and clear CLN restructure announcement will then see us at 0.2p+. I know where my spare money is going today :-)

There will be lots continuing to watch from the sidelines for sure. Do they jump back in now, or wait…big decisions for them but they are unlikely to get in cheaper now….GLA :-)

When you’re on the cusp of entering into a transformational deal, for example, erm, I don’t know… maybe a CLN restructure (?!) all relevant parties will want the signatories to be of ‘proper standing’ with full board backing. Further follow-up news is very very close IMHO
