Maybe the reason the long-stop keeps getting pushed is because that original April deal for Coro’s 15% is being reworked as part of the bigger farm-in. If the incoming party wants a clean 75%, it makes sense they’d want Coro’s slice folded into the same transaction rather than on the old bargain terms. Would explain the delays

Not quite right. The last two Conrad updates only confirm the current split — Conrad 76.5%, Coro 15%, EME 8.5%. Coro’s sale to Conrad is approved but not completed yet, and nothing’s been announced about any 75/25 structure or EME’s 8.5% being part of a deal. That’s the factual position as it stands

To show my hand, I think we will see 0.8p at some point on Monday

I’m still very much here @DT - just don’t think we will be directly part of the farm-in at this stage, so will benefit from a massive re-rate on valuation only (not cash receipts).

Keepadding - of course I have yes, but that equally assumes we will be part of the sale and receiving funds therefrom

What proceeds are you expecting exactly? You thinking EME will be part of the farm-in deal?
